I drive a hour from the Valley just to come have this delicious, Ecuadorian food. So many options to have, from their amazing Ecuadorian bolón as its national dish consisting of a large ball of mashed green plantains, typically stuffed with a pork mixture (chicharrón or chorizo), cheese, or a combination of both and their amazing Sango de Pescado Ecuadorian coastal dish, best described as a rich, creamy stew or thick sauce featuring fish simmered in a velvety purée made from grated green plantains, vegetables, and ground peanuts. It is a hearty, flavorful meal with a unique, creamy texture from the plantains.

Definitely give it a try.

Visiting the area from the east coast, a bit tough to see the entrance from the road but I’m glad I found this place. The taste brings me back to home in Ecuador, food tastes fresh. I had the encebollado, empanada de queso, and tortilla de verde. Amazing! Highly recommend this place! 🇪🇨
