My parents had a horrible experience. They went in the store to place their order, As they walk up to counter they associate ask them if they wanted to order to which they replied, “yes”. She proceeded to let them know they can order at the Kiosk. When they said they didn’t know how to work it and that they’d prefer to order at register. The associate told them she was “busy”.At that point they preferred to leave aa the associate seemed annoyed by their request. Terrible service!

I arrived at 10:48 PM 9/2/24 at this location. It says online they close at 11 PM. I pull up to the drive-thru and the light is on. I was waiting there for a few minutes for someone to take my order. I said hello a few times to the intercom. No response the lights were on. nobody answered so I pulled up to the window and I see this lady and a few other employees there. the lady looked bothered when I was at the window she said “we’re closed.” I let her know that I checked the hours for this specific location that it closes at 11pm. She says “oh that’s weird that might be from down the street.” I showed her my phone and it says 11 o’clock. She replied we close every day at 10pm. It bothered me that I drove here for nothing. They need to update their hours online so it doesn’t confuse people. Also if they a customer at the drive thru you can easily say at the intercom “we’re closed” instead of having the customer wait a few minutes. Bad customer service.

MEGAN at kiosk was so courteous kind serving up at this El Pollo Loco very good food fast and speedy. Entire staff worked and communicate very well to give you great tasting food. GOOD JOB

I don't know if the reviews on here are fake because every time we come I am disappointed. I say to myself," it has to be good today".... but I'm always wrong.Food is great but customer service is no bueno. As I'm being handed items I asked for ,the one who I believe is a manger was looking away as she extends her hand to me guessing where I'm at and I'm trying to grab my item. The salsas are always spoiled or about to be. So i told them and insted of taking care ofbthe problem the manger said i just ate some they are fine. And I have to beg for salsas and god forbid I ask for a different one I have to decide if I want to keep the first choice but can't have both. I hope the owner does something about this. I have witnessed how bad other customers treated. All the owner has to do is review the cameras. Health department should perform surprise visits.
