When we told drive-through order-taker Aaliyah this was our first ever In-N-Out visit she went out of her way to carefully explain the menu. At the drive up window Xley had already been alerted to our newby status and was over-the-top helpful, explaining we were lucky that Elaine (the best grill cook) was making our order and thanking us for choosing their store for our first visit. I ordered a double double combo well done fries toasted bun chop chilli easy spread chop grilled onion and fried mustard well done patty easy salt with a root beer light ice this is the vip double try it some time the only thing wrong was the root beer was not as sweet as usual and the gas was a bit on the low side it usually helps me burp no pickles in my burger I asked for them on the side this burger was fire the rys were well done two in in out is still my favorite burger
The burger was fresh, juicy, and loaded with flavor, just like everyone hypes it up to be. The fries, though, were a little underwhelming—kind of bland and not as crispy as I hoped. The secret menu was a fun touch, and the service was super friendly and fast despite the long line. Definitely worth it for the price, but next time I’ll skip the fries.
