I understand it's a late time 12:25 a.m. but it doesn't mean that the drive-thru has to be closed when it clearly says 24/7 drive-thru. I get their screens are lit up whole buildings lit up can clearly see employees in the building but not doing their job just messing around I was just hungry and wanted to get some food but clearly people just want to mess around during their work hours and not do their job correctly

Came through the drive thru, the lady was disrespectful and kept interrupting us with an attitude. Was really hoping to get some jack in the box but I couldn’t trust eating the food that was being made. Decided to get elsewhere instead. Completely disrespectful.

The order is just a glass of water, let me wait for 7 minutes! The waiters are very laid-back! I drink iced milk tea in my hand, and I don't make an order! There is no atmosphere!

Ordered through drive through I didn’t ask for extra mayo or ketchup. burger was dripping and soggy. When placing my order I had to repeat myself because the cashier was not paying attention. Annoyed to say the least.

Not sure what was happening the day I went, but it was the most slowest drive thru visit I've ever had at a Jack in the Box on a sunday evening. So FYI if you're in a hurry, don't stop! I felt bad for the workers they were very nice. Maybe just short staff like many other places 🤔
