The order is just a glass of water, let me wait for 7 minutes! The waiters are very laid-back! I drink iced milk tea in my hand, and I don't make an order! There is no atmosphere!

Food is fresh. Service is Friendly Speed is really fast! I don't really love Jack in the box but when I do crave it I always come to this one. It's a 15 min. Drive but it beats the one's by my area by a mile!

Ordered through drive through I didn’t ask for extra mayo or ketchup. burger was dripping and soggy. When placing my order I had to repeat myself because the cashier was not paying attention. Annoyed to say the least.

Not sure what was happening the day I went, but it was the most slowest drive thru visit I've ever had at a Jack in the Box on a sunday evening. So FYI if you're in a hurry, don't stop! I felt bad for the workers they were very nice. Maybe just short staff like many other places 🤔

These kids at the drive through are so horrible I’m here at 10:22 on 5/19 made me wait 4mins with no one in the drive through (assuming messing around) I’ve complained to the “manager” and she does nothing. Then he clearly charges me incorrectly for my order. I had to give him the actual total. So sad. This is the only jack n the box I have an issue with. Maybe if they hired “quality” people they wouldn’t have this issue. Also, I chose to go to McDonald’s to order the breakfast part because I don’t trust that they would make it properly because he knows I’ve complained about him before. Way to go jack n the box (loosing out on money) to a competitor

They had no buttermilk. Was in the drive thru, waited to place my order waited to get my credit card back. Maybe they were short staffed because I had to wait in space 1 for an additional 7min. The worse thing is when I get home food is cold ?♀️.

This is what fast food workers get paid $20 an hour to make. Nasty tacos look like they're hours old and my sandwich was smashed. Don't bother going to this location because they don't know how to cook and give out fresh food. ?
