Absolutely worst location ever!!! The service is terrible! I live across the street and I drive to another location a mile away because this location is a nightmare!! The employees are so rude with no urgency at all! An average time spent in their drive thru is about 20 minutes! My husband walked in to place an order and he was not greeted by the employee who was at the counter when he walked up, he asked for her assistance and her reply was "I will help you once I finish my hot Cheetos " extremely shocked, my husband asked her name and demanded a manager which was denied!! The service use to be decent but the past 1.5 year, customer service has really suffered!! Just to get your order taken at the intercom takes about 5-10 minutes!! It's very disappointing and the experience is awful every time!!!

Drive thru or walk up counter, either way super poor service. I take it back, counter guy was on his break and window lady was so unwilling to multi task and work the counter and the window. I had to call out to her several times to get her attention. She spoke in her mike to put the drive thru on hold. Needless to say, I was waiting at the counter when that vehicle drove up. Counter guy finally showed up. He was super nice. The only one of value in this work crew.

Food was really tasty and came out quick I brought my 3 kids here and they said they loved it. The whole restaurant is charismas themed as of right now and I gave it such a wonderful ambiance.

Yesterday we went on drive thru with my husband and the cashier did not hand out my card back and since she just handed us a bunch of bags with our order right away, we didn’t notice. Went back today for the debit card and the two ladies in charge refused to hand me my receipt from yesterday as well as the cashiers name who helped us. I’m usually nice since I have managed in several fast food restaurants in the past. But now a days you never know how secure people are with personal info. Seemed very sketchy and unprofessional how much they went out of their way to not provide the information I asked for. Usually we stop by on our way from the cemetery bc we used to like the service, sadly, me and my family will no longer be coming here.

Not sure what was happening the day I went, but it was the most slowest drive thru visit I've ever had at a Jack in the Box in a sunday evening. So FYI if you're in a hurry, don't stop! I felt bad for the workers they were very nice. Maybe just short staff like many other places ?

Food was not great to say the least for the first time in my life I had to ask for a refund food tasted old and refried the curly fries definitely where re fried and cold only thing good was the manager she was able to assist me well I’m sorry I had this bad experience

I Wanted to go to Jack-in-the-Box to get some cheap tacos and I was going after a long day of work. I Figured to take the drive-through because it's usually quicker. I didn't think I was going to end up spending 30 minutes in the drive-through. Took about 10 minutes before someone actually went to the speaker to take my order. Then I spent another 10 minutes waiting for two cars in front of me to get their order, and then another 10 minutes for the car front of me to get their order they ordered six milkshakes and it seemed to take an eternity to make. And then I finally made it to the window to get my four orders of $.99 tacos and that took another 10 minutes to get my bag to the window. There were two people working in the store and most of the time I just heard them having chitchat and I don't even know for sure if they were even doing anything. It was ridiculous and how long myself and the other cats had to wait. I had just gotten off of work. It was Sunday afternoon and I was missing my team play their football game and I was not very happy. This location really needs to take an account of their drive-through times. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has complained about this location.

The person that took the order , count understand a word I said. The order had to be repeated over and over several times. Extremly stressful. The fact is usually the food is good. Just please have someone that can get the order right. The girl at the window spoke perfect English but , the one that answered at the drive thru order mic couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her.

The manager here gave me attitude no resolution and just a bad experience after I ordered threw the app and sent the wrong wrong location, I had manager at a different location just transfer that order before she refused .
