That's wrong I made a order for delivery and somebody charged me 7.99 to delivery and I didn't receive it.......I want my money back!!!!! The girl who answered the phone said I was supposed to pick up Wrong!!!!! Please get in touch with me!!!!!!

I came late they made me wait because their computer was resetting. That wasn't the problem though they didn't want to sell me me I asked for which was a mozzarella stick. They claim they had limited and only wanted to sell them where they would make more money which was in the monster munchie meal.

The Jack in the Box I go too the employees are always great. I sometimes forget to order an item. When I get to the window to pay I ask to order the one thing I forgot to order they don't have an attitude ordering the extra item.

Been coming here for years. This was the hangout spot after a hard day grinding social studies back in the day. They never disappoint. What I got today wasn’t a representation of their service. Lowkey funny tho look at my sad breakfast sandwich. Still a great spot with great service.

Very unprofessional and disgusting they were advised blood was in the mens restroom floor had napkins with blood in the trash can and on top of the trash can & not once did they go check it out nor did they close the restroom down. Better yet they were still allowing people to use the restroom. I stayed approximately 40 min to see if they would clean it and nothing very disgusting lost my appetite. I can only imagine how they are with the food.
