I was there at about 12:30 Saturday morning after a family wedding and once again they forgot to give me my husband's egg rolls yes again you would think I would learn not to go to this jack-in-the-box because at night they always forgot something but I should have look before leaving but I didn't because they had a big line for some reason they were taking long. I told my husband and kids we are not coming here anymore and mind you we live across the street. We will drive elsewhere.

Guys, This Jack Has Better Breakfast Croissants Than Other Places. They Have A Deal 2 Croissants For $6 You Can Choose Supreme Or Bacon Their Both Good. The Service Was Ok, It Was Clean Inside. The Only Thing They Need To Do Is Work On Their Fries, Mine Were Room Temperature. Parking Was Good.Parking: Their Plenty Of Parking Space.

I usually go to the Jack in the Box by my house off of Hacienda Blvd but this time I was taking my granddaughter to have her nails done, it was hot and the Dodgers had 10 strike outs if you buy a large drink you get a jumbo jack for free. I did and added 6 tacos to my order. But the voice over the speaker was very clear and ask if my order was right on the screen, if I would like any deserts with my order. I answered no to those questions and when I drove up to the window, she told me the price of my food and if I would like a drink carrier. Every fast food place doesn't do that they figured I don't need one even though I ordered two drinks. If I ordered more than two then that's automatic, even though you should always ask because they don't know if I'm drinking both or one for me and another person. Jessica did just that she also asked if I needed any condiments are salsa, no to those questions but her customer service was out standing, as she's giving me my drinks she says, here's your lemonade and sprite with no ice. I looked over my order and she ask if everything was there, which it was and says, have a great day hope to see you again. Now that's what we as customers want to see and hear some respect and knowing I may and may not come back but I will make visit again because of the way I was treated. As I waited for my granddaughter she resents herself with every customer that came through the drive thru. I hope the manager is reading this, Jessica is a huge value to your place. Thank you Jessica I hope to see you again soon.

This location could do better especially in the customer service, they are either to much multitasking or just distracted. But I constantly have to repeat and or shout out my order a few times in order to ensure I get exactly what I want.
