Have been coming to Jim's for about 20 years and food is consistently delicious. We get the cheeseburger combos. I usually place our order by phone and is ready for pick up within 5 to 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

The food is ok but what turned me off about this place is that they don't wear gloves to handle food. I got really grossed out watching the cook make my burger without gloves and he looked so sweaty. During this pandemic it's not very sanitary.

Did a phone order with them and ended up getting the wrong food when we picked up. When we called to let them know, he was super rude and knew he was wrong but said that we "didn't" hear him. Food is mediocre anyways. Just go to Norms. Save yourself terrible customer service and rude employees. :)

Stopped in here one day during my lunch break and now I'm feigning for more of this place.Had the double bacon cheeseburger, fries, and onion rings. The burger tasted like if it came off the grill during a Sunday afternoon cook out.For a very good price you're going to nourish your hunger and tastebuds and will 100% want to come back again.Side note: I absolutely love the throwback feel of the classic ma and pop diner, complete with old school arcade machines and the classic ambiance. Love it

My first time here! I can see why this is popular spot for the SGV area. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to post, but the food was very delicious and well put together. The portions are good too, I might even say they were large portions. The chili cheese fries had amazing flavor. The burger was a typical "burger stand" style burger. And the onion rings were not overly breaded, yet crispy.
