I used to love coming to this KFC on Hacienda and Amar but I stopped coming here because I always screwed up my order well mind you it's been years since I've been here I decided to order a chicken sandwich they asked me spicy or just regular I say regular I can't eat the spicy it's like they poured the whole entire gallon of spicy sauce on this sandwich I can't even eat it I hate this place. And it's my fault I should have checked the sandwich before I left the restaurant but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I got screwed

They are fast with mobile orders! Parking is a bit strange and you have to enter the drive thru from the back.
Used drive up window but it did not look like people had a place to sit inside. Food was great.

The KFC store in La Puente on Hacienda did not want to take my order or talk to me they where taking only window orders only.this was around 4:50pm.I tell everyone to go to churches chicken in stead they love their customers and are good at serving.

KFC used to be wonderful. The food quality has gone downhill and it has become very expensive. The chicken strips are now flat and thin. The service is rushed and unfriendly. They close the window on you before seeing if you need anything more. It’s terrible to see this American iconic restaurant failing.

Parking: The parking lot is very small however it's a really small place not too much of a reason to get off because the dining area is very small but drive through is very fast and if you decide to go in their service as fast as well. Employees are very nice and helpful love the service here
