Do not eat here very bad experience we asked for a combo and she charged everything separate she gave me tenders instead of the pieces of chicken she didn’t bother to explain how we could order to make it more affordable she was charging each piece of chicken in 3,99 instead of charging a package also bad attitude and we pay $50 for 2 people

On the website they post meals for a much lower price. My husband ordered a 1 piece breast meal and was told they don't offer that, only a 2 piece combo for $10.29, then charged another $1.98 for another breast. Ridiculously over priced and I didn't even get a cookie! Update the website menu.

The service attitude of the staff here is very good. Today I ordered my lunch on the app. When I got home after picking up my order, I found that there was an "error" in the food. I went back to the restaurant to ask about the situation, and the staff patiently explained Having to wait and finally find out that the correct item was in another bag that I didn't check, I was wrong. Thanks again to the staff here.

Women working there watch out for a guy named "Adrian Rodriguez" that works at KFC's owned by the same owner. He's a desperate loser who manipulates married woman there at work.He's a homewrecker (Rompe Hogares) and I don't know why he still hasn't gotten fired, Since the managers know what he's doing.He's after that green card.

The manager here was so unbelievably rude. She made me take my daughters drink out her mouth and give it back when i was a few cents short and responded to me with "the combo would've been cheaper" with an attitude so rough and doing this face like shes mad. I dont know what her problem was that day so i returned all the food and she says "and you're returning it just because you want right?" Sarcastically. Now i understand why franchise's like these are always on social media always stirring things hecause if someone was having a bad day and someone like ms.bani approaches you in this manner can really go south. But whatever i hope she gets customer service training
