Damn good food over here we stopped by one night for some tacos and fell in love with them. The el Pastor was very good I think one of best I've ever had. Also the Birria de Res was and is worth coming back for. Great price's and do yourself a favor and get a Quesadilla

Ok first let us start by saying, this place is no longer El Charro but has a sign outside that say's Porky's which is what led me to this spot. Who doesn't love some good pig? You can tell it was very recently taken over by new mgmt. There were probably 4 people waiting for their to go orders. One guy was making the food and the girl working there was just too slow and dare I say dingy. She was in the middle of taking our order, when the cook signaled that someone else's order was ready so she wanted to stop us in the ordering process so she could charge the guy for his food. The food itself was not bad. I ordered the pastor burrito after having seen some of the other burritos that were being made. Now there were some good sized burritos being put out so that is why I went with a burrito. Mine didn't come out nearly as big as the others but it was still good. Their pastor has a nice char on it and not overly salty. I haven't had pastor like that before so I am eager to try it on tacos next time. The boyfriend had cabesa and his burrito was pretty hefty. He said the meat was super tender and very flavorful. What I do love about their burritos is they also slightly char the tortillas which totally change the taste and texture of your burrito. Extra points for the char! So four stars for food, will definitely come back to try the tacos and I also want to try their chicharon. Looks delicious. Two stars for service. Either they need to teach homegirl how to work under pressure and listen or get some help. When our burritos were done, they sat on the line and she looked right at them and walked by and went to tend to something in the back. Meanwhile my burritos were just sitting there while the cook was preparing someone else's order. She was still in the back doing whatever she was doing. The cook finally plated my burritos and called me up. If you don't mind a wait, I suggest trying it to see if it meets your expectations.
