I just want to say I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything before but after tonight I think it's absolutely necessary. I went in to take my girls for a treat and from the start the ladies were so rude, they both looked annoyed to have customers. My 6 year old ordered a cookies and cream ice cream and it tasted so plain no flavor at all. I kindly asked the lady if she can switch it out and she immediately got mad, the owner Jackie said it was fine but you can tell she was upset. She said she didn't like that my 6 year said it wasn't good because she was the one who made it. Then we ordered a vanilla raspado, it looked like egg yolk. I can tell my daughter didn't like it. I tried it and sure enough it was not good. I asked if that's what the raspado was supposed to look like and the owner Jackie got so mad she started saying she didn't like that I was complaining. I told her I'm sorry but if I am paying almost $10 for a drink then I want to make sure my daughter will like it. She started talking about my girls to the next customers and saying stupid comments. By far the worst experience I have ever encountered. Horrible service, I don't know what her problem was but if she in fact does own that restaurant then people need to be ware eating here. Jackie if you read this, please understand that customer service is everything, you did not have to act in such a unprofessional manner. If your food is not to the standards of your customers and your prices are ridiculous enough you should not own a restaurant! Just to be clear if I could leave zero stars I would but unfortunately in order to post I have to leave a star!! So upset with how the treated me and my girls!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

The items in the menu were over priced ! A bag of hot Cheetos is $9 !! Yes , $9 !!! I'm still shook . Small bag of hot cheetos with cheese $5.75 . Lady in the front was rude . I walked next door bought 3 bags and cheese for $12 .

If I could leave zero stars I would, this ice cream taste absolutely horrible and the workers are rude. I ordered ice cream expecting it to be good as they label themselves "La Michoacana", but I was super disappointed. It tasted really processed and not good as other shops who carry the same name. Unfortunately this place is passing off as authentic when in fact it's all syrup and tastes processed af. I do not recommend.. the chocolate was so colored, it was burgundy

Okay first of all I've been to plenty Michoacanas we decided to try this one & I ordered a crepe did not taste like crepe tasted like a tortilla that they drenched in lechera & THERE WAS A BUG IN MY CREPE

First time trying this place, & I just wanted to say that it's worth it ! The abuelita chocolate is on point & the hotdog was cooked so well payed about $14 for the 2 items. Hot dog is $8 the drink is $4. If you have a sweet tooth, I def recommend here! Their whole menu is very attractive, I would definitely come back
