Ordered food online. It came 50 MINUTES late. Cold, hard pizza. They blame on 3rd party delivery but I ordered from Little Caesars website. Even called the store after it was already 30 mins in the driver's car to cancel, and they could do nothing.
The delivery service offer 15% refund, as if that makes the horrible experience better. Store is 12 minutes from my house. I could have walked there faster. We threw the pizza away. Best pick up your order in store. Def never going here again.

This isnt the second time I placed an order online. It gave me a confirmation that it would be ready at a certain time frame. I get there 5 mins after the time frame and they made me wait 20 mins longer. Dont know what the point of using the app is for.

I can't stand corporate pizza but if you got to do it this is the place to go. Those new pizza bites are really good. Square over round. Who's the guy who works here with long hair always in a hat super nice guy definitely the reason we come back! Give that kid a raise or promotion! Never seen him not smile!
