When i came to pick up my order with my 4 year old daughter, the older gentleman (probably the manager) gave my daughter free cookies. I really appreciate small gestures like this towards kids.. and the cookies taste amazing. I'll purchase more on the next visit. Thank you!

I use the Pizza Portal with online ordering to skip the line. There were problems in the past with thefts from the portals but I don't know if they have been resolved.Parking: Parking immediately near Little Caesars is sometimes unavailable, and when that happens it seems like there's always at least one entitled jerk who parks at the red zone curb rather than go down the next aisle and park 20 feet farther away. This makes it very difficult for those of us who follow the rules to get into or out of the spaces beside their cars.
Employees need to be trained to give good customer service.their customer service is ?? pizzas are never cut right.act like giving napkins is a chore. Employees like to hide in the back while customers walk in and need service to pick up their online/carry out orders.

They always try to persuade you to buy the expensive pizza stating that the regular pepperoni pizza will take 15min, yet the heater behind the counter is full. This happened to me 3 times. Once I fell for it.

Horrible service here. Friend got me two gift cards for my birthday. I had never used up until today. Of course they tell me the cards have no money on them and when you swipe the cards the reader gives you an error. Just one big scam. At least the pizza was alright. They also gave me an excuse about how they could tell the cards were processed before. SMH. If this place went out of business it would be a good thing.
