I went to the drive thru to get food. I ordered and paid. Then I was told my order is finishing and told me to move to the other window to wait. From there I waited 20 mins for the food to then have and employee asked for a code. I didn't order online, I ordered from the speaker from my car. Horrible experience from this location and I always had good experience with this location. Will not come back

This is for management that was working this shift! 3pm Thursday. I went on the drive thru I was on the second drive thru .the young man was taking a while to answer Me after he did he did told me he will b right ther and take my order. Was waiting for a while so I went to the first window and told him to take my order because cars were behind me! N I was waiting a while. So he told me to go around again! Definitely not! That's what really bother me! And that how was that his fault! Manager please have two employees on the speakers! This employee was doing both drive thrus! Obviously cars were waiting! Unacceptable! I just told him to take my order since it was my turn next! He didn't had to b rude about it!

This McDonald's has a whole new vibe to it. It brought back memories of my childhood while also looking relatively new, my order was ready after 6 minutes and it was all fresh nothing like the microwaved leftovers like the McDonald's in Covina. The food doesn't have much flavor but let's be real it's cheap fast food you ain't getting an outback steakhouse cheese burger for $2.50
Ordered Uber eats with them twice, and made a note stating "Coke with no ice" came to me with ice. Does anyone there read the customer's note for instructions?
