If you want any kind of service, do not go to this location! I should've know better when I walked in and noticed dirty tables when it wasn't even busy! Placed order on kiosk and waited over 10 minutes by front counter, to pay with cash. Nobody ever came up front to take my money, so I left.

I ordered a 40 pc. Chicken nugget and 2 large fries, I received everything in my order except for the main food, the nuggets! I only got 1 bag of “10” nuggets. Counted them and found out, it’s only 9! I’d just like to say, if you’re gonna work at a restaurant, learn how to count nuggets at least!

Before the recent renovations everything ran smoothly and was quick. Have been living behind this McDonald's all my life and can say it's now very slow and problematic. It's almost always full of waiting people and I myself went in today for simple hotcakes and nothing more only to wait almost 15 minutes. The kiosks go down or run out of receipt paper more than it used to.

the staff in nicer words are Hard of thinking. Asked for a grilled chicken snack wrap whoever was working the speaker repeated and asked me a grilled one? I said yes and yet I received a crispy one if she wasn’t too busy gossiping with whoever else was working with her maybe she would’ve got it right. Don’t think mc Donald’s is paying you to talk chisme get it together.
I've been to this particular McDonalds on Hacienda for several years. Always clean, friendly service and food is good compared to other McDonald's. If you aren't satisfied with your meal, they are happy to remake it or refund your money.

Went today to order my cousin some nuggets and when he opened them they were raw. I'm not the type to go back up and have them fix it but he's a little kid and shouldn't be eating that. I told the girl with glasses and she got rude. She gave me the bag and told me to check the nuggets. I get it happens but shouldn't you know what raw nuggets look like. Never bringing my cousin again. You spend a lot of money to get raw nuggets and she my drink had no syrup at all tasted run down.

I went to the drive thru to get food. I ordered and paid. Then I was told my order is finishing and told me to move to the other window to wait. From there I waited 20 mins for the food to then have and employee asked for a code. I didn't order online, I ordered from the speaker from my car. Horrible experience from this location and I always had good experience with this location. Will not come back
