Don’t come here after 8:00 PM
For some reason it seems like this place switches pacing and the register people become super slow taking orders as well as taking the codes for mobile orders lol.
Wait will be around 30 minutes so don’t come if you’re that hungry.
Other than that it’s just a McDonald that needs better employees or motivation.

Really slow service. How long does it take to give me some medium fries? 20 minutes? Customer service is gone. No one at the register to help people. They want you to do their job and place your order at the kiosk.

McDonald's has not updated they're open and close dining areas. They're kicking us out at 10:00 p.m. when the schedule clearly says 11:00 p.m.
CAUTION!! I had a Quarter Pounder and was infected with E. coli at this location.
Had the worst fever in my life, I had chills, cold sweats, and diarrhea. Please don’t order the quarter pounder here. I literally felt like I was on my death bed

The food would be super amazing….IF the staff would get it right!
-The stress of screaming teens and giving them, “the rundown” before we receive our food is chaos to say the least.
-My kids have to check, and re-check each bag to ensure we have everything we ordered.
-Once we get over that hurdle, and I plead for: ranch, bbq sauce, AND buffalo sauce we gear home.
-God forbid I drink my large deliiiiiicious coke on our way home—-on second thought…a Pro such as myself knows to buy two 🥤🤭
-One star for atmosphere (never have I ever) because heeeellllllnahhh to the high school reunion lolz!
-Service gets two GOATS bc after dine-in closes the steaks grow the highest in possible missing food items that leave me rounding-bout the drive thru YET AGAIN.
-Much luv McD’s the points in-app keep us coming back…okay AND the salted golden fries 🍟

There is no toilet paper in the toilet?
Sometimes employees forget that we, the customers are paying for the food and service, these employees can be rude and bothered by someone’s request, for example today I went through the drive thru of the Amar McDonalds. The cashier didn’t even make eye contact with me, he just pulled the money from my hand and gave me my change without the receipt, he was to
Busy having a conversation with a female employee, then when I go to the next window I was given the drinks, one drink was a hot large tea. The tea was given to me but no tea bag, no sugar or honey, the female employee didn’t even have the decency to open the window to ask me to go to the second window to pick up my food, she demanded me with her finger, I go to the second window, once there a female employee gives me the food but doesn’t give me my tea items, I ask her for the tea bag and she appeared bothered. She gave me one tea bag and I asked if the large hot tea comes with two tea bags because it should, this female employee said no and there you have it. McDonald’s needs to either retrain its employees or make better choices as to who they hire, I paid for my food, it was not given to me for free, therefore I expect more from a big corporation like this, also it’s the Holidays, be kind and professional. This is not the first time something like this happens to me.
