They are too focused on going fast they completely messed up my order. When I asked to exchange the toy for something for my 1-year-old daughter, the guy seemed to have attitude. Would have rather went somewhere else.

Went on November 19th around 1:30 or 2 PM. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with extra onions, large fries, and a medium diet coke. Food tasted better than a lot of the other McDonald's I've been to in the general area. Tasted fresh and hot. Issue is the customer service.You can be very polite to them and they don't say anything to you between all 3 employees at the drive thru other than your total. No "hi", no "thank you", no "have a good day" even when I said all of the above as a paying customer. Guy that handed me the food looked like he wanted to kill people, no joke. Management needs to do something about creating a friendly and welcoming environment for their customers.I have had three friends work at various McDonald's over the years and i worked on customer service for 8 years. Its not hard to be nice to your customers, especially when they are nice to you from the outset. I was planning to make this my go-to McDonald's because it's near my church. But maybe I'll go to a different one for now on. Maybe I'll call corporate too. I'm not happy with how I was treated here.

Place Is Great, So Far. But The Only Thing Is That At Times It Gets Super Packed. Due To Have A Couple Of Schools Near By, The Kids Flood This At Times Of Getting Out Of School. But Hey, If It's Students Go To Go That Means It's Great And Safe.

I found the service and prices are better than the McDonald's on Azusa and Amar and the menu better, the Mc Donald's on Amar and Azusa did away with the apple fritter and blueberry muffin.

I made a mobile order as I usually do. Ordered. Medium iced coffee, burrito and a hash brown. I get my iced coffee and then followed with my burrito but no hash brown. I let the clerk know and he took my bag. When he returns he states “hey boss don’t think we charged you for that hash brown but I threw it anyways”. I told him it was a mobile order and yes I paid for it. I actually looked at my receipt before hand to make sure I had add the hash brown to my order before asking for it . Way to start your morning !! You’re not doing me a favor, I understand you felt like it was the right thing to do. You got to make sure that hash brown wasn’t charged otherwise you’re making your customer feel as if he was lying and taking advantage.

I made an order today through the mobile app and paid for 2 sauces. Half way home I look in the bag and I saw that they forgot my sauces. I drove all the way back because I had paid for them so I wasn’t leaving without them. I get there and the girl on the register was high out of her mind. I handed her the receipt to show that I had paid for the sauces and she still asks me what the sauces were while the receipt is in her hand. ? I asked for extra onion on the cheeseburger and I opened both of them like this. Why was this necessary? Terrible service. Grow up.

Surprisingly prompt and attentive, with someone from the street taking my bag by mistake, they replaced with a new one and got me back on the road in no time.
