I absolutely love this spot, it's the most authentic in the area. Atole and champurrado are so good! They are generous with the conchas dulce on top, so even when you bite into it and it breaks off, there's still more than enough 😋

Horrible customer service. I pre ordered a vanilla cake and they gave me a chocolate. I called the next day they didn't want to give me a refund. they say I have to wait until the owner to call me. Never got a call. I showed up at bakery I received a whole lotta excuses and half the money I paid for cake. Which was overpriced and dry. always trust your gut I should of just gone to Porto's same price 10 times better

Terrible customer service. I ordered a vanilla cake in advance and they gave me a chocolate one. I called the next day and they didn't want to refund my money. They told me I had to wait for the owner to call me. I never received a call. I showed up at the bakery and received a bunch of excuses and half the money I paid for the cake, which was overpriced and dry. You always have to trust your instinct. I should have gone to Porto, which was the same price and ten times better.

Don’t get me wrong. Bread is good. But what doesn’t sit with me is that I get charged for a box. And every time it’s a different price. I don’t confront them about it because I don’t want to start an argument and refuse my service. I get a lot of bread because I have a big family. First time I went, the offered the box and wasn’t charged for it. Second time I went, I was charged $1 for the box. And today a lady got a box in front of me so I paid attention to register and she WASNT CHARGED FOR A BOX! And she had less bread than me. So then my turn I asked for a box. She said okay and packed my bread. And then after she charged me $1.50! For the box. I asked if this was the price for the box and she said yes. If I get charged a different amount next time I will probably say something now

I hate to be this type of person. I have had great experiences coming into this bakery, the food, service, pastries are fantastic. This recent time I came to the bakery…just stopped by to get some bolios for dinner and was met with this young lady at the front cashier who already seemed like she didn’t want to be there. As I come up front to pay for my bread, without hesitation her first words was my total price for my bread. It caught me by surprise because I didn’t know she was talking to me, she didn’t even look me in the eyes to tell me my price. Then I tried to pay in debit, as I have my card out she looks at me and points at a sign that says “all purchases below $5 have to be paid in cash” like if I was too stupid to comprehend words. Even after i still looked lost she still didn’t try to explain. I wasn’t a human being to her and she completely embarrassed me. I felt humiliated because I didn’t understand the sign right away. Although this service was bad today I won’t let her attitude push me away from a really amazing bakery.
