On a Thursday night I pre-ordered and pre-paid for 8 pizzas to be ready the next day at 11:30 am for my son's birthday pizza party at school.
I show up Friday and told they are not ready. They were working on an order of 300 pizzas for a school that took priority over any other orders. The girl was unapologetic and shrugged her shoulders. No one caused me to let me know either. I canceled my order.
