We went during lunch, and they had plenty of seating. Tv's to watch sports and lunch specials. Ordering your food is a little slow so be prepared to wait.

I have no idea what happened to this place I walked in it was open I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody came out this happened on February 18th 2025 at approximately 2:25 told my co-workers it's never ever give this place our business in La puente again. This is how they treat City homeowners that support businesses never again will I ever eat a Pizza Hut

I would not come back here the way they were answering my responses when I asked something they were giving mad looks Another thing is that when I wanted to take the rest of my food home that my kids didn’t finish I was ringing the bell and waiting to be attended but I was standing for a whole 30 minutes and they never attended me so I left that place what a bad service
We ordered a personal pizza here and they monitor said it was ready, when I rang the bell to get the attention of one of the workers he said waiting on another item. We could see the pizza in the hot box and it was sitting there for 10 minutes! Finally the guy gives us the pizza, no apologies and when we complain about having to wait that long when it was sitting there ready he said they were understaffed. Take ownership bro and say you're sorry for the mistake!
Also the prices are outdated on the signs. They still have the old printed signs. Update the prices already!

Ordered online through the app order and my go to Pizza Hut in West Covina is closed. So this was the closest one alongside with the other one in Nogales. I decided to choose this one since I haven't been go this one. Ordered 3 large pies. App said it'll be ready in 15 mins. Got here in 30 mins and even on the app it says my order is ready and on their tv inside. And yet my order isn't ready yet. I've been waiting for 20 minutes now. So basically I've ordered my order 40 mins ago with the expectation it'll be ready in 15 minutes but it isn't available yet.
Kinda nice how this is an indoor seating place though. I should have ordered my take out somewhere else. Won't be coming back here.

Pizza was great and salad bar was full of fresh vegetables beer was nice and cold and they have a special #1, pizza salad plate and a drink I think it was 9.99 not sure on price
