I hear they used to serve beer here. They lost their license but I recommend they should get it back to bring in the football and sports crowds. Anyway, this place is set up nicely for the sports fans, except for no beer. And I'm not sure about service. Not sure if they have wait staff for seating at tables.

I ordered my pizza through the app and was asked to tip three different times, once in the app, again when signing the receipt, and a third time on the store’s keypad. It felt really awkward having to decline a tip over and over. When I arrived to pick up my order, the older man working there took his time coming to the counter, which I didn’t mind, but his attitude once he did wasn’t great. Before greeting me or confirming my order, he immediately pointed to the tip line on the receipt and asked me to fill it out. I actually had a $5 cash tip ready to give, but his demeanor completely changed my mind. After I put zero, he stared at the receipt like he was trying to make me feel bad. It was unprofessional. Hopefully the store takes note and improves the customer experience.

We went during lunch, and they had plenty of seating. Tv's to watch sports and lunch specials. Ordering your food is a little slow so be prepared to wait.

I have no idea what happened to this place I walked in it was open I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody came out this happened on February 18th 2025 at approximately 2:25 told my co-workers it's never ever give this place our business in La puente again. This is how they treat City homeowners that support businesses never again will I ever eat a Pizza Hut

I would not come back here the way they were answering my responses when I asked something they were giving mad looks Another thing is that when I wanted to take the rest of my food home that my kids didn’t finish I was ringing the bell and waiting to be attended but I was standing for a whole 30 minutes and they never attended me so I left that place what a bad service
