Pizza was great and we got a package deal with chicken pizza and mojos / of course our beer everything was great

Worst customer service... wife was getting items from the salad bar. Obese worker slammed items on bar to intimidate my wife from grabbing more salad. Apathetic service from girl taking orders....
And now you are only allowed to go once to the salad bar at $10 is insane. The best part is that they still managed to mess up my order because of their snide attitude.

I used 2 b a fast food restaurant manager many moons ago, & let me tell u, this crew is every GOOD manager's DREAM!!!
If cleanliness matters 2 u, if fresh food matters 2 u, if more bang 4 ur buck matters 2 u, if attentive employees, managers & OWNER matter 2 u... THIS Shakey's should b @ the top of ur list 4 lunch!!!
