My daughter had a bad day. After school she walked here. It’s her favorite place to go on the weekends. She usually has money but only had a few dollars with her on that day. Walked up asked for a cup of water and was refused free water. Mind you she was feeling down & felt like her whole world was coming down but didn’t show it. She is a teen. She wanted a drink but didn’t have enough so she bought a cake pop instead and asked for a cup of water. Do better Starbucks you never know what people or kids are going through in their life. I went earlier today to pick up an App order that my mother had placed. When I walked in to pick the items up, I was not greeted or anything, I never even uttered a single word. As I picked the drinks up and turned to leave I was immediately set upon by the barista named Alondra and was verbally assaulted and harassed. I still remained silent as I turned and left the store without a single word, being harassed the entire time until I left the location feeling very put off as I had not even said a single word to the employee who verbally assaulted me.
It is quite ridiculous that something so simple as a customer going in to pick up their order is met with such hostility.

Ordered to go. I ordered extra whip cream and extra chestnut figured by the time i get there, drink should still be full. NOPE. Sorry amount of whip cream. Oatmeal had no toppings in the bag nor any spoons. SMH. Seems like you can't get decent service for anything anymore. Guess you have to tip people in order to get your order right. SMH. When I opened the lid for the chestnut praline latte. There was no whip cream or chestnuts. So much for paying for extra whip and chestnuts.

Called a few times 04/06/24 between 5-45-5:50 am to order a coffee traveler to go. The employees that kept answering the phone kept answering and hanging up & laughing. Both female and male employees. They answered and kept saying different restaurant names as they would answer. One said "thank you for calling in and out burger" Is management or DM aware these employees are doing this?
