Called a few times 04/06/24 between 5-45-5:50 am to order a coffee traveler to go. The employees that kept answering the phone kept answering and hanging up & laughing. Both female and male employees. They answered and kept saying different restaurant names as they would answer. One said "thank you for calling in and out burger" Is management or DM aware these employees are doing this?

It is a very busy place. Very loud music. I tried to sit down to eat and work, and it was difficult to work. The internet speed was awfully slow. Location is very convenient, located right off the road. Lot of parking sometime comes here on my way back.it's okay to visit and enjoy the Starbucks coffee if you're in a neighborhood give it a try if you agree with my feedback please feel free to leave any comments kindly.

This location was okay, but unfortunately, they were a bit slow at taking care of the dining room customers. They seem to prioritize drivethru and mobile orders.

Worst service ever given at that location person that helped me stated that she didn't feel comfortable taking a 50 .00 for a transaction that the bill showed signs of possible fraudulent , Having all the correct signs the bill is valid with the water marks unprofessional. And that manager Y is her name , unprofessional don't recommend going there Starbucks corporation needs better training , more customer service base to have the customers feel more welcomed.
