Terrible. Super, SUPER rude staff, tepid coffee, barely a half squirt of whip on drink; weak, unpalatable coffee. Worst I’ve ever had. Don’t like to leave negative reviews or waste time, but WOW. Idk if they are behind bulletproof glass in order to protect staff or to protect customers. No thanks. Also-lots of creepy types wandering parking lot. Smh. Just don’t.Parking: Filthy, unsafe.

I placed an order for a coffee using the Starbucks mobile app about ten minutes before arriving at the store. When I got there, I was told by the barista that my order wasn't ready yet, but they assured me it would be ready shortly. I waited for another ten minutes, then approached them again, only to be told that it would be just a little while longer.After waiting for more than 20 minutes in total, I went to inquire again. That's when they informed me that they had many orders ahead of mine and it wasn't ready. I was baffled, as I couldn't understand why it would take 30 minutes to make a simple coffee. I was also in a hurry to get to work and didn't have any more time to wait.Unfortunately, there was no option for a refund through the Starbucks app. It really put a damper on my day, starting with a simple coffee order through the app.

This place is always pretty smooth with getting drinks but Evelyn is super nice and her costumer service is amazing!

No one was in the drive thru. Got off and ordered to use the restroom. 2 drinks took 15 minutes. Only one other customer was in the Starbucks. Frap had a huge ice chunk in it ?. The baristas just don’t give a hoot on that shift. It was mid day.Bad location avoid if possible. Do not tolerate or support that kind of business ethic.
