This review is directly for the owner. Your workers are great but you lack accountability. I called 3 days ago and gave you enough time to do the right thing. Your message answering system responds on the first ring. Accompanied with a message that you will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours??? For a call back?? Your that busy? Who are you the president? You run a business and you can’t correct a couple of discrepancies on a receipt? Do not dismiss small issues like this because they will turn around and leave a permanent mark on your business both on google and on yelp. I’m sure you nonchalantly ignored my voice message. You probably have done this in the past with other customers. Thinking, “maybe give people 2 days and they will forget about it. Customers now get a glimpse of how you handle and ignore peoples concerns by having them call a number with no intention to help. You can continue to ignore and handle your issues behind the scenes, This review however, you won’t be able to ignore.

The food is good, the service is great. The CLIENTS scare the Hell out of me! You're better off looking for another Subway. I only go here because it's the closest to home. People VAPE right there in the STORE and nobody stops them.
The soup has a different texture color to it , the lettuce wasn't fresh,. and when I tried calling back it took 4 different trys.

I ordered a tuna sandwich, lays chips and two cookies. I received only the sandwick. looked up the number and called the restaurant explained the details . Josh looked up the receipt and varifed info. Could not bring the missing, and me to bring in the receipt in tomorrow. I very rearly get a receipt. I am only 2 miles away and could not have someone bring them to me. He said i could order them but not be refunded. Wheres the customer service. I want my money back.

Great food I always get the steak egg and cheese here it's delicious, they have fast service not a lot of wait, always playing bangers on the speakers great vibe in this subway
Parking: Not difficult to find parking but it's also shared with other businesses in the area.

Used my ebt here and the cashier pressed the wrong buttons for the ebt option and it declined when I knew I had money and then he started belittling me saying how much money do u have and you need money to buy food.. very disrespectful and I couldn’t eat that day and I’m disabled.. what’s wrong with people :(

So apparently they don't accept coupons here. No where does it say they don't accept them at this location. But yet they have a sign saying no bills bigger than 20. They are just trying to scam here, plus the veggies are always old. Take your business elsewhere ?
