The food was ok the service made everything a 1 star asked for more sauce and it seems like the cashier Kevin wanted to throw them in my face but practically threw them at me just for asking? Managers really need to get on their cashiers some re training and learn respect or at least some customer service

The food was horrible… there was no sour cream and my ordered was suppose to have sour cream on it… the staff are rude and I was completely unsatisfied. Is one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area. They always get the order wrong and then have attitude when u try to tell them ur order is wrong.

If I had the choice between eating cardboard and the stuff they reffed to as food here at Taco Bell I am not sure I would be able to tell the difference. I LOVE Mexican food, but this is NOT Mexican food and the prices are so high. BRC at El Pollo Loco is much better option! Seriously! 😒 How is it tfat this place has a 4.2 star rating? There is no way on Earth! I asked the order taker what was good and she recommended the new menu, which I tried and the price was $12 for 4 items and afterwards I felt more hungry because my body actually need food with NUTRIENTS, not this catdboard-tasting $*!*
