By far, the BEST tacos in Los Angeles County. Tasty and packed full of ingredients for an impossibly low price, if you're only going to visit one area taqueria, visit THIS ONE. The asada is always good. The carnitas are hit and miss, so ask to take a look at the meat before ordering, unless you just absolutely HAVE to have carnitas regardless of quality. Fantastic dinner experience 7/18 Thursday evening. Enjoyed their soft taco carne asada steak , beef tongue, and beef scalp. The most authentic SoCal Mexican food experience ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 30 years. The chef kitchen crew have been the same great group of men I’ve seen 30 years ago. Taco del Rio is my favorite Mexican restaurant in California

I've been coming here since the burritos were $5. They were delicious then, and they're delicious now. They don't skimp on the fillings and the guys are super friendly. I usually go for a chicken burrito but they also have other things. The asada fries from this place are the best I've ever had. Admittedly I haven't tried many but that doesn't change that they're delicious and big enough to share. I love this place.
