If you're in the LA Puente area in San Gabriel Valley, you should definitely stop by and try Villa Cariño Mexican restaurant. The Huitlacoche quesadilla was a great starter plate, and the follow on Mole plate was great too, except for the fact the chicken was a tiny bit undercooked.
