If I could do zero stars I would I ordered 8:42 pm door dash driver arrived at 9:12 according to their service readiness. Order was not ready until 9:50 pm for the door dash driver. I have noticed this to be a trend in this specific branch. The manager is not doing a good job with scheduling and the manager position needs to be re-evaluated. Have questions contact me back I have experience with closing a fast food restaurant.

Honestly done ordering from wingstop there always skimping out on the lemon pepper seasoning as you can see on my photo it literally looks like I ordered plain happens everytime I even called right after completing my order and the guy seemed cool with added extra seasoning but still came like this

Floor was very sticky felt like they don’t mop the floors. I ordered at 3:29 and I had to wait until 4:10 to receive my food very slow service everytime i come it’s always the slow service!

Who ever is the manager needs to be more professional on hiring his staff. Today my husband drove to 1238 N hacienda blvd to place an order in person and when he came home the order wasn’t complete then he drove back telling them the order wasn’t completed so the person on the front told him they couldn’t give him the rest of the order because there was no receipt ? they never handed him his receipt they old asked him for the order he didn’t had the order with him . I call the place @ 2:01 a girl answer I told her the order wasn’t completed she said I know what we packed if they would there job we wouldn’t call back complaining OR COME BACK FOR THE REST OF THE FOOD WE PAYED I asked for her name she clicked on me . I CANT BELIEVE THIS IF WE PAYED WE EXPECTED TO GET EVERYTHING WE PAYED FOR AND THIS IS NOT HAPPENING THERE PRETTY MUCH STILLING FROM OUR PACKETS ..disgusting

My wife and i ordered 40 wings, fries, and 2 cokes. We did not receive the fries, so we called, and they hung up on us. When asked for the cups for the drinks, the cashier practically tossed them to us, with an irritated tone of voice throughout the entire order.
The girls working there are too Flirty with guys who go order food,and they should dress descent, they wear jeans so tight that they can't even bend their legs to reach for something. You have lost a very valuable client.

Out of all, the food was too salty and the workers in the back were on their phones and the lady in the front was not so nice. They even forgot an order and when we asked they didn’t even say sorry. Horrible??
