All of the staff were in the kitchen, no one in the front. Fries were not appetizing and NO ranch put in pickup order even though the 50 piece comes with 4.

My advice will be Don’t order online. I ordered online and paid online as well. Page said it will be ready in 16-21min. Showed up after 25min because I didn’t want to wait in store. I walked in and said ‘I am here to pick up.’ Girl staff didn’t respond and kept on helping other customers. I thought she is busy so I didn’t mind waiting. She helped others and didn’t even hurry to help me so I said I am here for pick up. Then she brought a receipt and asked me to show her id and credit card. I showed her and she told me it will be ready as soon as possible. I didn’t know what it means. Then she started to make the order then. It seems like she has zero effort to hurry for the order or explain why my order was not made in ahead. It is open kitchen so you can see. But even if my order was super delayed, they are not in hurry just take their time and doing other chores which is so clear that is not part of my order. Absolutely no customer service is expected here and I would not come here again. Just read all the bad reviews here now. If I saw the reviews in ahead, I would have not placed an order here.

I placed my order online for pickup at 9:15pm and I ordered 2 hours prior, I arrived at the store at 9:45pm and my order was not ready! Then I still had to wait another 15 mins for wings, very unacceptable!

Who eve is then owner for this location.Your members are trash, unsanitary, smoked out, and have sense in taking processing and dealing with people.Your online order policy makes no sense.The order comes tru. Email says 15/20 min. You wait that get to pick up the order they can’t find it. Then they print it. Then they say can I see ID for order I say it’s under wife’s and j don’t have her id . Order was already pos for. Confined online. No call asking to bring id when picking up THEN THEY CAN START THE ORDER, this is after you wait the estimate time given online. Afffter they tell you they can’t find your order, then they won’t make it till u show I’D for a PAID ONLINE ORDER.I would love the ask the owner if this location for an email contact. I asked the pretty unclean “manager” on duty and he said he can’t. I asked for a redound of my order and I was told to never come back.I’ll be contacting corporate and ask about the online order procedures and if what you guys are doing is ok with them.Hope to hear back from y’all ?The receipts memos …. Terrible customer service, employees don't even wear gloves to handle the food, I saw one employee changing the trash and that same guy was putting the fries on the tray so they can be ready for the orders and he didn't wash his hands at all after taking out the trash. Health department should visit that establishment. Other customers were waiting for their orders and the employees were laughing and having side conversations in the background while paying no attention to the clients. There was a homeless guy sleeping in one of the tables as well. Honestly very disappointed and the ambiance was ghetto and dirty. It's sucks that Wingstop doesn't hire employees that actually care about doing their job and instead they just mess around and can't keep higiene protocols in place. Wouldn't be surprised if a customer gets sick for eating there. Most of the employees were messing around in the back instead of doing their job. The fries were cold and they took forever to make a 6pc combo order. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Honestly not coming back to this place. Don't give them your hard earned money because it's simply not worth it.

Worst service, will never eat hear again. Not to mention, they are really expensive. I'll be spending my money somewhere else. They also have the worst online ordering for any restaurant. If you order and pay online, that's not enough, they still have to verify by calling you, and still won't start cooking until you show up and show them your credit card. Mind you you've ordered ahead of time because you want it ready when you show up.

Don’t go to this location! unless you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for your food. 2nd time I get to experience this bad service. Nobody knew what they were doing. It looked like it’s was everones first day on the job. My daughter even fell asleep waiting for me to bring dinner home.. Baldwin park locations is better fastest sevice don’t waist your time on the one on hacienda

I was there with my cousin & saw staff member being extremely rude to some kids this is not ok there was no management to step in & see exactly what his staff member was doing, then the mother of the kids came staff was ignoring her. Manager arrived not knowing exactly what was going on & proceeded to be rude to the mother that arrived yelling at her. How is this man is management he should know what was happening prior to him arriving. No wonder why this location has 3 stars
