The ambiance of the Adobe grill's outdoor seating is very nice! We did need our heat lamp turned on. Unfortunately it ran out of gas about two-thirds of the way through dinner! Even though we had tipped the waiter before we started our meal, he was not very attentive and dropped the ball on a few of our requests. It was a birthday and eventually we got a cake to sing with! The waiters bringing the food out don't even know who gets what! I find that unprofessional. Is there not a seating diagram to show who gets what? Also, my husband wanted a side of chopped onions and had to ask twice. I would have preferred grilled chicken in my enchilada rather than shredded, but was not given a choice. For the prices I feel that the level of service could be much improved!

The table enjoyed the Sangria and the table salsa was excellent. Our server was thorough and helpful without interrupting our conversation. We appreciated the level of professionalism.

Love the Adobe Grill in LQ. We are locals who almost every celebration or family gathering make reservations to dine at Adobe Grill. Love their ambiance, live music and over all the location and workers. Unfortunately sometimes you have a server who is not so attentive to your table and we experienced that last night. You win some and lose some I guess

Have dined here in the past. This time was very disappointing. Great location and atmosphere brought us back. Ordered the chicken fajitas- server wasn't gone 2 minutes and the dinner magically appeared- like it came from an all you can eat buffet - luke warm tasteless and uninspired. Will not be returning or recommending.

Adobe Grill is decent for a resort restaurant. We tried the steak tacos, and they were okay—not bad, but nothing special. The pricing felt high for what we received; we know we could find better options locally or even back home. The main advantage is convenience since it's on the resort, but next time we'll likely explore other choices. On the positive side, the service was very good. We noticed they charged our room, in error $25 when we paid with our Credit Card, but Hilton / La Quinta took care of us making it right upon checkout when we brought it to thier attention.

We ordered chicken fajitas and steak tacos to split. They brought us chicken fajitas and chicken tacos. When we sent the chicken tacos back, they brought steak tacos that were completely raw and full of fat. The chips and salsa were the worst we've ever had. Chips tasted like cardboard, and this salsa was not very flavorful.  we live in Orange County, and there are a lot of very nice Mexican restaurants that have much better food. This place was fancy, but way overpriced for the value received.

We always love stopping at The Adobe Grill. It has an energetic vibe, and the service is always quick and friendly. Be sure to order the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts – they are amazing. My street tacos were delicious, and my husband's chicken fajitas were excellent. And the margaritas? They're the size of a jacuzzi, so come thirsty!

Really good food and great service. Margarita is always a hit! It was extremely loud and hard to hear each other at our table. Since the outside was closed due to rain, I will attribute some of the noise to that. Will go back!

The restaurant did not take note of the reservation notes for "40th birthday for NAME" in OpenTable. We ate, got a night away from baby, but left disappointed.
