My last experience at an Applebee's was over a year ago in Sparks Nevada and it was poor. So it's been a while and what a pleasant surprise, today it was perfect. I needed dinner and this restaurant was close to my location so I ordered online with my phone for Curbside to go. I arrived for my pick up and our server immediately cane out to greet me. The food came out right on time, it was hot, prepared perfectly and 100% complete. The manager even poked her head in and said and asked if I needed anything. Wow what a difference. We ordered the Burbone chicken and shrimp along with the Riblet platter. Thank you to both our server, manager and cooks.

There no sauce on my riblets, my burger cold, my pasta did not taste good! took forever for our meals. It wasn’t even packed to be justified on how long it took. Overpriced for something that wasn’t even good. Disappointed.

I want to say I'm new to La Quinta bought home here and on Veterans Day I went to this AppleBees and they were beautiful people from the greeter/ Manager to the person who took me to my table. I ordered the lime Chicken as much as I had eaten at Applebees in Temecula I never have had it but I wi say it's amazingly good. I will come here weekly like I did in Temecula. Now my beautiful waitress not only did Talitha have a rocking hairstyle and cut she was professional and gave me a very warm welcome the entire staff did. I truly appreciate each of them for my free lime chicken for m Day a retired Army Senior Leader and Applebees thank you from the bottom of my heart will see you guys later this week and again thanks so so much Talitha for your kind heart you touched my heart with joy joy and happiness and your caring about my twenty years of service I truly truly appreciate that God bless you and keep shining with your exemplary service from Top Booker!

We never got went inside. After parking, someone came out and told us we could not park there. We abruptly moved our car and left premises to eat elsewhere. Where is the customer service?
While the food and atmosphere at this Applebee’s location are consistently great, I’m always disappointed by the service. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed that the staff here are incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. They seem uninterested in their jobs and rarely make any effort to provide good customer service. It really takes away from what could otherwise be a nice dining experience. I hope the management addresses these staffing issues, because right now, I don’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer

Arived at 8:30 pm and waited 15 mi just to be told that we had to wait another 15 min to see if the only server their would even take a party of 10 and had to check if it was ok with him for ous to be seated wors experience ever been there twice same experience never again 🤬

Waiter Omari was very rushed and continued to cut us off while placing our order. Asked about the drink promotions and was told their was only the lemonade, after ordering I saw the $6 drink promotion on the menu. I didn't even bother to order a drink. The chicken parmesan Alfredo was awful. The noodles tasted like they were cooked aldente and then left sitting in water. Really mushy and starchy and the sauce had no flavor (another customer complained about theirs as well)( Knorr bagged alfredo has better texture and flavor). The bourbon chicken and shrimp was extremely greasy and had about half an onion on the skillet. And when delivered the server came rushing over and nearly dumped it in my partners lap. We will not be returning to this location.
Applebees quickly responded to this review and has been in contact with me so they can address the issues, which is greatly appreciated.
