Very bad service I asked by phone to arrive after the 20 minutes it would take for the order to arrive and nothing 40 minutes after waiting I ask and they still don't have my food terrible service

I've always loved coming to this restaurant for its food and good service, but I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with what happened last week when I came here. My coworker and I grabbed lunch together during our lunch hour. We ordered tacos but we waited almost an hour for our food to be served. We were not expecting to wait that long for our food to be served. However, as I was biting into my carne asada taco, the tortilla broke apart and the meat fell onto my plate. I noticed there was something unusual in the meat which I thought was a strand of hair but as I picked through the meat, it turned out to be a cockroach!! I felt disgusted and never imagined this would happen to me at this restaurant.

The times I’ve gone to corrales, I’ve been helped by April. I can say that the food I’ve tried was delicious. Can’t wait to try more of corrales food. I found the customers service amazing. April was very attentive, polite, and a lovely personality. She had a positive attitude which made my day.

Food is amazing and the waitress was respectful and straight to the point always walking around and asking us if everything is alright. Our server was April and she has great personality.

Really a very good night with a very delicious meal, very nice place, very friendly waitress Imelda gave us excellent service and was always attentive to our needs, hot fast food, very good presentation ????

Horrible customer service. If you get there and you see other tables that do not have food yet (at least 2) simply walk out or you will be waiting close to an hour to get your food and atleast 15min to be acknowledged. This time we didn't get acknowledged until my husband got up and ask for a waitress. I have to say the food is tasty and that's the reason we have gone back several times but after today we won't be back.

Very bad service, I waited like an hour, for a single order, I ordered some potatoes with meat and I only sewed them, and when they delivered them to me they put chili and cream when I made it clear to them 3 times that I didn't want that, terrible service, I don't recommend it at all. this place ,

Thank you for awesome service yesterday by a young lady I didn’t get her name sadly, We had carne asada tacos, tamales de puerco!!! Yummyyy !!! Quesadilla de asada, tostada de carne desebrada. So Delicious tasted homemade honestly. I love to cook daily for my family and and I don’t have no complains about this food. Also recommend the agua de sevada! And horchata.

It was one of my favorite restaurants, I just went to eat my child's order, they didn't do it right, and then there was no meat to prepare another dish, I waited more than 30 hours for my food, she was not at all attentive.
