What a great way to start the morning at Asadero Los Corrales in La Quinta! We came in for breakfast and were blown away by the Chilaquiles Corrales and Bistec Ranchero — both were absolutely flavorful, freshly made, and served in huge portions. The prices are very reasonable, especially for how much food you get.

Before we even ordered, we were welcomed with a basket of warm chips, fresh salsa, and guacamole — a nice surprise for a breakfast spot! The service was friendly and efficient, and there was plenty of parking, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a hearty, authentic Mexican breakfast.

Been there numerous times before, never an issue until today. Went there for breakfast on 7-3-2025 ordered machaca with eggs & veggies instead of mixing it all together asked for the scrambled eggs on the side, waitress comes back and says the managing cook on duty says it can’t be done that way, ok, let’s have a regular machaca with veggies & 2 scrambled eggs on the side, ok done deal, everything good, we get our bill and there’s a charge of 9.80 for 2 scrambled eggs lol lol i thought eggs prices went down lol lol, maybe next time go to costco 1st and bring them eggs from costco lol lol.

Overall good place to go eat👍🏼

This is for the LA Quinta location. Recently tried this restaurant on a Tuesday for a way to get out in town and support local business.

Visited in June, so slower seasonal time, The restaurant was empty at the time of arrival. Couple of gals working the front of the house. Very friendly and welcoming. Sat closer to the counter and looked over the menu. Pretty standard fare and photos on the menu for assistance. We tried different bites of their menu. The stuffed ceviche cucumber was the star. Seasoned and flavorful. Plenty to share. On to the next one.

Gotta have the tacos de cabeza and the tacos de carne asada....food was excellwnt and thw atmosphwre was quiet. Check it out

Very bad service I asked by phone to arrive after the 20 minutes it would take for the order to arrive and nothing 40 minutes after waiting I ask and they still don't have my food terrible service

I've always loved coming to this restaurant for its food and good service, but I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with what happened last week when I came here. My coworker and I grabbed lunch together during our lunch hour. We ordered tacos but we waited almost an hour for our food to be served. We were not expecting to wait that long for our food to be served. However, as I was biting into my carne asada taco, the tortilla broke apart and the meat fell onto my plate. I noticed there was something unusual in the meat which I thought was a strand of hair but as I picked through the meat, it turned out to be a cockroach!! I felt disgusted and never imagined this would happen to me at this restaurant.
