The coffee had a mild flavor, smooth but lacking depth, with a faint aroma that faded quickly. It was easy to drink, though it felt plain and ordinary. The staff served it promptly and politely, which made the experience pleasant. Overall, fine in the moment but not memorable.

Menu is clean & minimal to sandwiches & salads. I was on a citrus kick this day, so went with the Mandarin Chicken. My friend went with the Hacienda sandwich.
Given restrictive diet to dairy, sugars & some oils, I opted out of their, what probably was delicious Tangy Ginger Vinaigrette dressing & I brought my own Olive Oil, ACV mix dressing. My salad came with a side of toast, which was Jalapeño Cheddar (gave to friend lol). Salad was crisp and delicious. Sandwich was told to also be delicious, but bread could've been a lil less dry 😕.
Found bar height table seating along the windows and had to dust them off 😕. Thanked the staff on the way out for the delicious food, but they didn't seem to care lol
All in all, would definitely give another go 😎👍🏼

Salads are delicious and very generous servings. Great bread, rolls, and other baked goods to take home. Excellent quality is well worth the cost.

After going to the PS street fair, I have been wanting to try Aspen Mills Bakery for some time. I found out that there was a La Quinta location and decided today would be the day! I placed a mobile order for $50 and even left a $5 tip ($55 total). I went to the location at about 3:30-3:40 to pick it up and sent my boyfriend in and then went home. Upon arrival to my house and after unpacking our food, I noticed the brownies I ordered were missing, so I drove back to the location where I was given my two pastries, then I went home and went to eat my salad first to find that they never put salad dressing in my order either. Irritated, I called the store where I was told I would be refunded for the salad and the brownies. I said that I still wanted to get the dressing, so I returned back to the location for a third time just for the employees to tell me they could NOT give me a refund because they had already given me my food and because their manager was not in, and then gave me two coupons for free sandwiches instead. Honestly they will probably not be used and I’m not sure that I will be back. I understand that mistakes happen but I spent one hour driving back and forth and not actually enjoying my food AND was told I would get a refund over the phone that I did not get. The food was good but I was very disappointed with my experience.
The bread was amazing, I had the Aspen. Was visiting for the weekend, definitely a must try place.

Vacation mode fully achieved! I've been indulging in all the delicious foods I usually try to avoid. If you’re ever in town, this is the place to eat before you head out!
The vibe here is all about FRESH. We drove over from Phoenix, which was about a 3 1/2 to 4-hour trip, and let me tell you, it was totally worth it for some wholesome eats!
We tried the New Porter and the Hacienda, and everything was freshly made that day—nothing short of incredible! The sides, like the pickle slice and the potato salad, were absolutely fantastic.
After lunch, we couldn’t resist grabbing some bread and buns to go! They had so many choices, including cookies and muffin tops. And drinks? They have everything from bottled water to fountain Pepsi, with free refills to keep you refreshed!
The bread we got was out of this world—cinnamon roll bread and dinner rolls that were to die for!
You can choose between patio seating or eating It’s a definitely must-visit spot!
I went here the last time I was at the movie theater down the street. I wanted to try something new and the food was great. The bread is soft, fresh and very delicious. The ingredients were great and the combination of ingredients was fantastic. I will definitely be back and try other locations throughout the valley.
The staff goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is happy. They treated us very extremely well!🙂

The owner Martin and his Son Tim are amazing. We have being driving for 2 hours just to eat their amazing sandwiches and the baking good. We love their different breads.
Great bakery and Cafe. Excellent food and service.
This is the reason I haven't been back. I took this photo in October of 2021 and was basically asked to leave if I was not vaccinated.
I'm not sure this owners stance on it now, but I haven't been back in over 3 years.
I had a delicious muffin and the coffee is pretty good too. I just wish I could have seen the menu or pricing for drinks. Sorry if it's there, but i just didn't see it. Happy to pay what I paid.
The food is always tasty and they have it ready on time. Very friendly staff.
