Ordered a two Dubai sundaes through DoorDash. I understand if you guys were out of the pistachio candy bar ice cream flavor and totally would’ve been fine choosing a different flavored ice cream. However, instead of talking to myself or having the DoorDash contact me, they gave me pistachio almond instead. I’m allergic to almonds. I already received the refund from DoorDash but honestly I wanted the ice cream and didn’t care about the refund. I ordered an hour ago and am so disappointed with this outcome that I do not want to order for a second time and wait an extra hour to have a sundae that may be messed up again.

I recently indulged in a hot fudge sundae, and it was exceptionally well-prepared. Luis provided outstandingly friendly and accommodating service. The establishment was impeccably clean, maintaining a comfortable temperature of 72 degrees. I look forward to my return visit to this superb establishment. The quality of Baskin-Robbins and its customer service are unmatched when compared to Cold Stone.

First let me start with the servers were great and extremely professional. It was my birthday dessert so of course I split a banana split with my wife using Reese’s peanut cup, cookie dough and strawberry cheesecake. Perfect combo. My daughter had just a cookie dough cup. The ice cream was as good as I remembered.

New Flavor!!- Spicy 'n SpookyIt’s flavors of white chocolate ghost pepper with dark chocolate ice cream and spicy blood orange flakes is a treat to try before you die!!! On a scale of 1-10 hot-ness: I give it a 3 and my wife gives it a 7.Try it as a double scoops with mint chip and it will “cool” the spice!! Yum!!!!
