Menu items are marked as either Vegan or Vegan Optional (can be made vegan), and all of their housemade sauces are vegan. I enjoyed the breakfast hash with added tofu scramble, and it was delicious! Their dinosaur kale was ever so slightly fried. The server confirmed that the chai mix in the chai latte is vegan. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-17

Exceptionally good food (breakfast). Knocked the overall rating down because of price. Two adults and one 3 year old was $80 ticket for breakfast. Waffle was $25! No sides. If money is no object I highly recommend.

We are not review people, but this place was worthy of one. Everything was so fresh. The egg yolk was dark orange (good quality), toast was fresh, potatoes delicious, salsa fresh and spicy and coffee high quality. Grab breakfast while charging your Tesla and you’re off to a great start.
