My company hosted a corporate outing here last month. The food was delicious and the staff on-site were great however no teaching, cooking demonstration or instructions were provided to my group what so ever. There was absolutely no cooking class element during our afternoon private event.

Thank you Chef for hosting our private group of 12 friends, the cooking class was exquisite. We did Italian Appetizers and a amazing fresh pasta course. Thanks again!

We ordered one of their Friday Family Meals recently. The process was very clear and easy, as was the pick-up. The food was well-packaged and good quality. We ordered one of the add-on drinks, which was delicious. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I would - we just felt the portion size was a bit small.

Wonderful dinner to 2 to go this week. Tony was super friendly and helpful. Short rib croquettes excellent Perfect salad and a very nice pork dish cant wait for another one. Curbside pick up is a breeze. Cinco de MAyo menu looks fantastic - Bummed we will be out of town :(

I have ordered two special dinners from Citrine and the food is excellent. The curbside pick up process could not be easier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Food is bland and over cooked. They have difficulty returning calls, emails, inquiries. Don't even bother.

We ordered five items for takeout, and although they were all very tasty, the biggest complaint from all four people was that the portion sizes are SO small! So, please, Citrine, if you have to add a couple bucks to the prices, just make the portion larger. Thanks!

I feel like giving one star is too generous to be honest. Everything was tasteless, no seasonings, no flavors. As if it came straight out of a machine that has no idea how culinary chemistry works. I feel like I overpaid for slop. The veggies were like cardboard with a bland salmon. The mashed "truffle" potatoes were watery and had no trace of truffle in it, much less anything as basic as salt and pepper. And then the lobster risotto which should be delicious and creamy and an explosion of flavors was dry, chewy and once again FLAVORLESS. I have a million regrets buying food here and wish I could go back in time and stop myself from this terrible decisión. Whoever was cooking should really go to cooking school and relearn the basics. Or AT LEAST taste your own damn food so YOU KNOW you're making s*** and selling it to unsuspecting people who just wanted to have a delicious meal. Have a terrible day.

Delish! From the hummus and artichoke starters to the mushroom risotto and salmon entrees, this pop up is an excellent choice! Highly recommend!

I've ordered from Citrine twice. The first time I got a salad nicoise, the second wild mushroom risotto and grilled artichoke. Each dish was great--unsurprising since the kitchen is basically the same as the co-owned (and excellent) Cork & Fork next door. I'd recommend any of these dishes. However, my biggest praise has to go to the ordering process. Both online and on the phone the ordering was perfect. Each dish was properly packaged, delivered on time and (VERY Important!) hot. This, alsa, is something I cannot say about my experience most places I have ordered from. In fact, EVERY other place I've ordered from the La Quinta the food has not been ready, not been packed well or has been cold. When I'm in La Quinta, this is the only place I'm getting takeout.

You must try this pop up restaurant! This kitchen the only good thing to come out of the pandemic. Absolutely amazing food. Great service (I was not expecting a call to confirm my order). The owners are so nice. And the food!!! The food is devine!! I am still craving the beet salad and gnocchi. I would go back to Palm Springs just to have their food again. Bravo !!! Molto bene!!

Had the wild salmon entry last night. Delicious, delicious, delicious. Can’t wait to try their Butternut Squash Ravioli & the Beet Salad.

AMAZING! Brilliant new pop up! Every dish is outstanding, the Tempura Squash Blossoms are divine. They package your To-Go like it should be packaged. We didn't get home with tossed mush. I realize restaurants are trying to figure out our new normal but Citrine has it down. We actually ordered from both Cork and Fork and Citrine. Wild Mushroom soup from Cork and Fork is delish! Please keep squash blossoms on the menu forever. Yummy!

The food was excellent! I rarely can find squash blossoms and when I saw them on the menu I knew I had to order. These are often seasonal and very hard to find. They were incredible. Piping hot, crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. They are served with Marinara. I prefer honey drizzle or agave so I added my own. My mouth was singing their praises. I’m looking forward to trying so many tasty bites I saw on the menu. Two thumbs up for me.
