Sent my teenager in to get our ice cream and I was charged for extra brownie and I got almost no brownie at all. He waited 20 minutes cause only one person was working and I'm really disappointed with the experience and the quality for a $9 ice cream šš¼ going to Handel's next time

The person in front of us in line had to call the worker to come from the back and get off her phone call so I think she was mad. When it was our turn she asked twice , what can I get you? I asked to sample the pistachio. She pulled it from underneath. It was so old , tasted like refrigerator odor. There was ice crystals on a few flavors. She was just so rude, even when paying. Maybe something bad happened just before we came in. The shop looked dirty inside so we ate in our car

My order looked nothing like the picture. Compared to other Cold Stone Creamery I have been to, there was a lot less to it, looked like a sparse blizzard. This place is too expensive to not put out top quality. There were only two small tables to sit at. This was a outing with my granddaughter, half of hers is still in freezer. So disappointing

Service was amazing. There was one girl making everything with a line behind her. But why do they have one worker doing absolutely everything??? There were initially 2 workers , but some bigger lady left this other girl all alone to do everything by herself when she saw a group of people come in. Not a good coworker. She was also rude when we asked for the bathroom pass. Give this girl working alone a raise and get rid of that other lady!! This was the 27th of March. We came in around 7:45pm.
Iāve never seen a cold stone so dirty!!! The trash can was over flowing with trash, the floors were very sticky and dirty, the windows were filthy, the walls were filthy and itās smelled like dirty musty mop!! And in top of it all the employees had horrible customer service skills. We will NOT be back!! Such a bummer because ice cream is delicious. Iāll just have to drive to a different location or Hanselās creamery.

We have always enjoyed our Cold Stones cakes, but recently that changed dramatically. Even though they are a custom ice cream shop (that's their whole business model) now they have all these rules about how you order cakes, whether you can customize them, etc. On top of that, you get one answer when you call and speak with someone and then another answer when you call baback. Extremely poor customer service - just want to fit their customers into their own little box so they can make things easier rather than actually trying to satisfy their
