My order looked nothing like the picture. Compared to other Cold Stone Creamery I have been to, there was a lot less to it, looked like a sparse blizzard. This place is too expensive to not put out top quality. There were only two small tables to sit at. This was a outing with my granddaughter, half of hers is still in freezer. So disappointingParking: Located in a strip mall with parking lot.

Service was amazing. There was one girl making everything with a line behind her. But why do they have one worker doing absolutely everything??? There were initially 2 workers , but some bigger lady left this other girl all alone to do everything by herself when she saw a group of people come in. Not a good coworker. She was also rude when we asked for the bathroom pass. Give this girl working alone a raise and get rid of that other lady!! This was the 27th of March. We came in around 7:45pm.

I’ve never seen a cold stone so dirty!!! The trash can was over flowing with trash, the floors were very sticky and dirty, the windows were filthy, the walls were filthy and it’s smelled like dirty musty mop!! And in top of it all the employees had horrible customer service skills. We will NOT be back!! Such a bummer because ice cream is delicious. I’ll just have to drive to a different location or Hansel’s creamery.

I'm visiting right now la Quinta and my family decided we wanted ice cream! We couldn't have pick a better spot! It's was busy and the two girl employees handled it amazing! They were very kind and patient! They were awesome! The girls! They deserve a raise!!!

We have always enjoyed our Cold Stones cakes, but recently that changed dramatically. Even though they are a custom ice cream shop (that's their whole business model) now they have all these rules about how you order cakes, whether you can customize them, etc. On top of that, you get one answer when you call and speak with someone and then another answer when you call baback. Extremely poor customer service - just want to fit their customers into their own little box so they can make things easier rather than actually trying to satisfy their

The reason I wanted to try cold stone was because of a free waffle cone through yelp. But the person in charge said it wasn't valid and I had to be part of their rewards program.Disappointing!!No wonder no one was in there!!

I hadn't eaten ice cream for a long time and remembered that my son brought me to the La Quinta location a few months ago. It was hot outside and I was craving ice cream, not just any ice cream but Cold Stone's. I decided to get the German Chocolate Cake in a waffle cone. So I ordered a large one. Big mistake! It took about an hour to eat it and it was almost the size of my head! The ice cream was so good. I remember seeing an ad about that flavor and I had to try it. No regrets except that the next time I will get the smaller one. It was so worth the price. The shop is nestled into a small cute shopping strip area. I love the looks of the outdoor area and the building. I do want to say that the inside is roomy but awkward in form. A few more tables would be great. I liked that they offer restrooms for customers. The music playing was nerve-racking! I want to suggest playing a variety of music like Walmart does so that all types of people feel welcome not just the younger generation. In La Quinta, there are many retired folks and Snow Birds and the music should lean toward that population in the area. I realize that all the nearby festivals reel in the younger population throughout the year, but those of us who live here full-time should feel welcome in our stores.Service was good and the ice cream server was very knowledgeable. I would suggest that the management train the staff to be more personable. The woman that waited on me acted like I was a burden, she did not smile, and I felt rushed. I had never ordered anything there before so I was confused about sizes, prices, and flavors. She acted as though I should know about their products. I also caught her glaring at me s though she did not like me or something. I always smile and she took the smile right off my face with her unprofessional attitude. Rude workers will chase the customers away. This is why I gave this location 3 stars.
Don't recommend coming to this location.. Staff aren't friendly, need to learn better customer service skills. I spent $40 for a triple pint and a double pint. The triple pint was 3/4 full.. Left a tip & I was very nice to the lady Cassandra T. It seems like she doesn't like her job. Many people would be blessed & happy to have a job..

Who is choosing the songs in this place?? It is an ice cream parlor with kids and we're listening to multiple f, and b words along with super inappropriate content. Keep it on your personal playlist please and play something family friendly.

On door and online it said they close at 10:30 on a Saturday, we walk in at 10, wait in line for 10 minutes, we watch them reject multiple people who walk in after us because they’re “closed”. We thought it was odd they were rejecting people from service even though they were closed yet. Then guy from back comes out and tell us we have to leave too. We proceed to tell him we’ve been in line for 10+ minutes, and that we drove 25 minutes out to this specific cold stone because it says everywhere they close at 10:30! After back and fourth he says “since we all just want to go home, it’s not that deep, don’t get 3 ice creams each”. Seems like the workers just wanted to close 30 min earlier and get out of there. Terrible experience

Lol embarrassing how often I order delivery from here but their vegan ice cream is so good and stays fresh (I get a pint) even w the toppings mixed in. Love this place !
