There are a lot of boba tea cafes in the desert, and The Bunny has the best vibe. Perfect lighting, high quality tables and chairs, not crowded. Great high quality selection of nontraditional teas and coffees but not so many that often results in decreased quality. Can’t wait to come back.

so rude!! i tried it make it here before closing. i’m a night shift nurse, barely can make it out for a break. and the girl at the register (closing shift on 10/12) was rude to me saying i have 2 minutes to order or else i can’t because they close at 10. she kept pressuring me to order but i was having a hard time figuring out what i wanted because she also told me they are only making refreshers? also no boba can be added… however, i made it in the store before closing. do they clean up before closing and want to leave at 10? because i thought an establishment closes, then they clean up and go.. maybe im wrong. but she didn’t need to be rude. this was my only break to winedown. me and my colleagues won’t be returning.

Horrible Taro Drink. The girls have clearly not been trained on customer service. At that age I knew my job wasn’t going to pay for my retirement either, but I still made sure I was giving great service. It’s upsetting when something so simple tastes absolutely horrible. This generation is too shy and unwilling to work. We had it remade and still NO DIFFERENCE. Tasted like 10% sweetness with powder and ice. Terrible.
Tea Be Honest seem the same age and give excellent quality and service?
Will be spreading the word all over and won’t be returning.

Ordered online got there about 20 minutes after placing my order & drinks werent ready i had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be ready only to be disappointed, drinks were awful what a waste of $ & time & employee that handed them to me gave mean looks like if its my fault drinks weren’t ready.

Each time I go the service gets worse and worse. Please look for better employees I went yesterday and waited 10 minutes to order. Then this girl came with greenish eyes and a choker and looked at me like if I am her enemy. Me and my friend ordered 3 drinks then began to wait. We waited over 30 minutes and saw people who ordered after us getting their drinks. So we went to go ask her she’s like oh my bad and stayed quiet I just asked for a refund she’s like ok and didn’t even offer anything complimentary for wasting our time. Last time I went too I ordered a drink and hated it and then I wasn’t offered to get it remade but had to pay for a new one. And each time I go I see new employees so that says a lot… I kept trying to go since I’ve gone since it used to be ding tea but yesterday was it for me. Please train employees to be more professional and courteous of their client’s time!
