We reserved a 5:30pm table on the outside patio. There was a wedding reception going on with a live band which was very loud. As more tables were seated and the band gave way to speeches the noise level seemed to balance out.
Great setting by the fireplace looking at the moon And garden . Service was excellent- food was great - cocktails a bit pricey like $26 for a margarita.. recommend for business diner or tranquille moment
Tasty food. The Chilean seabass was prepared perfectly. Curry Cauliflower was great too excellent service.
Very nice drink and wine selections. Excellent side dishes. Wagu beef was not as tender as expected but still cooked to perfection and well seasoned.
I was entirely pleased with this cake ! Absolutely perfect in every way!

She’s fantastic, creative and her cakes have been an absolute hit since I met her three years ago.
Bonus: she moves quick and delivers, literally and creatively.
Quit buying lame store bought cakes and let her make you a masterpiece.
She’s a legend..

Amazing!!! My son dreamed up his birthday cake and Dot’s Cakes made it happen. He really wanted a cake shaped like a rabbit that was red velvet cake so it would give the illusion of blood and bones when it was cut. She pulled it off beautifully. He said it was perfect!! Even better than perfect because it was delicious too.
Now my older son is busy designing the cake he would like made for his birthday.

Great food and great service. Love the piano player in the lounge area. It made the evening special.
We were a party of four and we all enjoyed our dinner very much. Three of us ordered the watermelon gazpacho, which I was not much of a fan of. My flat iron steak was excellent. And we loved the profiteroles for dessert! Our waitress was also very sweet and very attentive.
I have been coming to this resort for 18 years and enjoying dinners at Morgan's. I have never had an experience anywhere near last evening's. (Note: I even hosted my 50th birthday dinner here in 2023). The ribeye was inedible (flavorless and overly chewy—ordered med rare). The general manager did not come by our table to make things right. At this price point, better service and intervention is expected. We opted to replace the meal with the beef carpaccio and lemon pepper salad, both were average compared to years in the past.

Ray, the manager, went above and beyond to meet our needs. It was a special dinner for my 5 sisters and I. One sister lost her home to the Eaton fire and our other sister is battling stage 4 cancer. The entire service was outstanding. I've dined at several Michelin and fine dining restaurants and this place definitely delivered, in more ways than one. Pianist ended our experience with a bang!
Morgan's is our go-to date night spot whenever we're in Palm Desert — and for good reason. From the moment you arrive, everything from the setting to the service exudes understated luxury and charm. The ambiance is warm and inviting, the food is consistently exceptional, and the live music adds the perfect touch to an already unforgettable evening. What truly sets Morgan's apart, though, is the team. From the manager to the bartender to the wait staff, every member of the crew operates with a rare level of professionalism and care. It's a standard of excellence that's hard to come by these days — and they've mastered it. We'll continue coming back again and again. Morgan's never disappoints.
The servers were attentive and the steak tenderloin medallions were like butter. The choc martini was also amazing.
We've eaten here a number of times and service just continues to get better and better. Marilyn was fantastic from start to finish. Her wine recommendation was exactly what I was looking for. My party enjoyed their cocktails and non alcoholic drinks. We had the Cauliflower as an appetizer which is unlike anything you'll find here in the desert - so good! Prices were super reasonable for the quality and service provided. We ordered steak, salmon and the short rib. The mashed potatoes were delicious. We'll be back soon!
My son and I both had the Summer prix fix Menu and it was a bargain and delicious. Highly recommend.
