It was busy. And they took our order at the car, and delivered it to the car. But they were doing this with everyone and got the order wrong or mixed up with someone else. Not a good system.

I typically have a good experience at Dutch but the people they are hiring now a days are slow and rude. Todays line was long ao we decided to walk up. I wasn't expecting to wait almost 20 minutes with what we ordered. My son got a pup cup which they gave to him right away and I ordered a soda. We were the only ones at the window at that time. When time goes by there were people showing up. So I get in line to ask how much longer it would take and the lady said as you can see its busy and looked to the next person and spoke to them before ai could finish my sentence of asking fir a refund. So once she was done I said like I was trying to say can I get a refund. She was absolutely nasty saying you have two people in front of you. I said can I get a refund again. Sheyelled for someone to refund me and walked away. I understand people have bad days but dont work the window make drinks if you're going to be rude. Im outside waiting patiently in 92 degrees for 20 minutes with a 4 year old in the sun. Luckly the lady who came to the window (who Ive seen many times) to help was listening and made my drink. She said are you sure here it is and even asked if my son wanted a water or anything else.

DUTCH BROS LA QUINTA!!! The team here is incredible. Very friendly and efficient. They get you in and out quickly, regardless of how long the lines may be. Always a good experience.

I go to this dutch bros all the time. Never had such a big issue till now. I am a T1D and always make sure to ask for my usual order sugar free and notify the person as to why. This morning the girl sounded like she was whispering but did repeat sugar free. Once I got all 3 of the drinks I ordered assuming nothing was wrong I drank my order which was a completely different one to the other 2. 15 min drive back to into joshua tree and my eyes get blurry and I get uneasy. My dexcom starts blurring at me with a double arrow high alert. I had to pull off on the highway to double check and then give myself extra units of insulin. This has never once happened to me when ordering from here. It is terrible situation that could have gone worse if my dexcom didn't alert me. Do better dutch bros. I shouldn't have to second guess everytime I get a drink from yall. Never ordering from here again.
