2 days ago had the best double chicken avocado salad in Tustin Santa Ana. Came home ordered same $13+ salad and got limp lettuce, 1/3 chicken diced so small I needed a magnifying glass to find it. NEVER PAY FOR THIS POS SALAD at this location..tossed after 5 bites. Will take my receipt back for restitution! Should never do drive thru!!!

Won't be going back here. This is actually the first pollo loco I've ever been to or tried. Been here about 5 times now, the last 2 times they didn't put double or extra chicken in my burrito. The first few times was great, not so much anymore.

Aside from 2 employees, I've been met with attitude and rudeness from everyone including the manager. You are not being held hostage by el pollo loco, you don't have to work there. Snapping at someone because they gave feedback/complaint is wild. My kitchen can make better and cheaper tacos. Saving me $35 a week, thanks!

I guess when you're lazy you're lazy. Alimalay gave us a hard time because she didn't wanna deal with coupons and place it in 3 diff orders. Suddenly a policy was made that they're only allowed to take one order per car. So I guess when all of my coworkers decide to go to lunch we should note that our money isn't good enough since its to much to ask for different orders 🙃 either she's lazy or management suck.
I came from a long work shift. Was tired and wanted some healthier fast food, what better to get than El Pollo Loco, and man was it a good decision! Going through the drive thru I was met with amazing customer service by a person I believe was called Issac. All I can remember is they had red hair and a bright personality! The food was handed to me with no delay. Excellent additude and made sure I had everything I needed for my order.

They are terrible i won't go here again just go down the street to the one in indio they actually give you what you pay for ive gotten a double chicken habanero tostada twice and it wasn't good at all from this store,bunch of lettuce hardly any chicken,I only ordered here the second time because I was using the app and didn't check my pickup location.
