Aside from 2 employees, I've been met with attitude and rudeness from everyone including the manager. You are not being held hostage by el pollo loco, you don't have to work there. Snapping at someone because they gave feedback/complaint is wild. My kitchen can make better and cheaper tacos. Saving me $35 a week, thanks!

I came from a long work shift. Was tired and wanted some healthier fast food, what better to get than El Pollo Loco, and man was it a good decision! Going through the drive thru I was met with amazing customer service by a person I believe was called Issac. All I can remember is they had red hair and a bright personality! The food was handed to me with no delay. Excellent additude and made sure I had everything I needed for my order.

Ample portions, great flavor and quick and friendly service from a classic Mexican restaurant. Great drink menu, especially margaritas. Not fancy but that isn't their intent. Will be a repeat customer when in Borrego Springs.
