I eat lunch here at least 3 or 4 times a week and every single time they put the side of tortilla chips in with my tacos which makes them soggy. I know there's sleeves for the chips at other locations. It's really annoying.

Visiting from out of state. The first time we went to a store in Palmdale, CA. Food was moist, and tortillas were fresh, not hard on the edges. Chicken was not overcooked and burnt on the top. The bowl was full to the top. This place bowl half full. A real disappointment. I travel 975 miles for a big disappointment. I look forward to my pollo bowl every year when we visit family. Please return it back to the once excellent food I look forward to.

My children are fans of Pollo loco and requested for a 5 star review. We go every time they want to celebrate a sports competition and need to recharge energy with chicken nachos.I have to admit, even though I’m not 100% aligned with the branding, the food is good quality and absolutely delicious. I specially enjoy the chicken salad and can’t wait to try it again!
