Nice location centered middle of the La Quinta Cove district. Nice and Clean restaurant, food was good. Looking at the menu I wanted to try everything! Went for lunch, pricing was good. Sat inside, they do also have a really nice outdoor patio.

This place is a MUST GO TO when in La Quinta, they have some of the best salsas, best guacamole too, service is great, very friendly staff, Joel does a very good job, he knows what he is doing, he makes you feel welcomed, knows the menu well, never felt rushed, 10/10 for him. Definitely coming back

I knew this would be a great place to take some friends who had never been to Texas before and wanted to experience non-chain Tex-Mex. The neighborhood, building, decor, staff and quality of food was perfect. However, the mirachi band is too much. Way too loud. It doesn't need to be so loud. It was if the horns had to prove they could play loudly. I get it, when a mirachi band is playing you don't have conversation, but wow, it doesn't have to be so overwhelming. We will go back. Great place!
Excelente! Stopped in for lunch and were very impressed. The house margarita was perfect, food was the best we’ve had outside of Mexico. The service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

1st timers to Palm Springs. We were told about this place from 3 people, so we had to check it out! We were very impressed! I had the carne asada fajitas and my bride had the shredded beef chimichanga. Nothing was left! So good. The night before we went to a local mexican chain and were very disappointed. El Ranchito ran circles around that place! Our server, Leslie, was super nice and walked us through some of their specialties. My favorite moment was when my wife had a taste of my carne asada and stared at me and said “This. Is, The . Best!” Hands down coming back again! Thanks Leslie and the whole staff for a wonderful experience . Oh, and the happy hour margs were made fresh, not from a pitcher! 10 out of 10 stars!

Loved the authentic Mexican food! It’s so clean and such a beautiful vibe! I went on a Friday and they have live music, it was really good and I saw multiple other customers allowed to sing as well. Love how welcoming this restaurant is!
Food rec: Chiles gueros! The best thing I’ve ever tried!

If you are a menudo fan.. don’t order from El Ranchito. 16.99 for a bowl. It was greasy, over cooked …. all greasy soup in your order, didn’t eat it. Brought it home to take a photo and do this review. .
I love menudo grew up with it. The only place to order menudo is Tampico Meat Mart, La quinta. You’re Welcome.

Me and mi wife just had our lunch date here, let me tell you!
The Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We got there right at opening, in less than an hour the dining area was full of customers. They have Patio open as well to enjoy the awesome weather.
We had the Birria Tacos, Poblano potato chowder, Machaca, and Chile Verde Burito. For dessert we had the amazing Flan!
10/10 from the salsa and chips to the flan and everything in between.
