I knew this would be a great place to take some friends who had never been to Texas before and wanted to experience non-chain Tex-Mex. The neighborhood, building, decor, staff and quality of food was perfect. However, the mirachi band is too much. Way too loud. It doesn't need to be so loud. It was if the horns had to prove they could play loudly. I get it, when a mirachi band is playing you don't have conversation, but wow, it doesn't have to be so overwhelming....

Excelente!\n\nStopped in for lunch and were very impressed. The house margarita was perfect, food was the best we’ve had outside of Mexico. The service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

1st timers to Palm Springs. We were told about this place from 3 people, so we had to check it out! We were very impressed! I had the carne asada fajitas and my bride had the shredded beef chimichanga. Nothing was left! So good. The night before we went to a local mexican chain and were very disappointed. El Ranchito ran circles around that place! Our server, Leslie, was super nice and walked us through some of their specialties. My favorite moment was when my wife had a taste...
