Happy Tea is my go-to boba spot in Lq. The space is always clean and chill for catching up with a friend or just taking a break. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, they always let you know they’re happy to make any adjustments to your drink if needed.
As for the drinks, everything I’ve tried has been genuinely delicious. I highly recommend the Rose Garden if you're looking for something light and refreshing with lychee and boba. The Taro, and the Mango Slush w/o cheese foam) is also recommended. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
Happy Tea is easily one of the best spots in LQ. Thank you to the ppl working there for always keeping the vibe at top-tier.
I’m a huge fan of either mango matcha lattes or strawberry matcha lattes and so decided to give this place a try. A very comfortable and welcoming space but I was disappointed in my strawberry matcha latte. Didn’t even taste the matcha it was much more like strawberry milk.
Just tried for the first time today and I LOVE it! Jasmine milk tea is delicious and the place smells incredible. The service was extremely helpful and friendly!
This place not only has delicious drinks but the customer service is always amazing!!! On my recent visit Miguel was very helpful and took the time to help me pick a new drink! I truly appreciate that as many times people get frustrated if you ask questions. If in the are make sure to try this place. It’s super yummy!!
I don't like how Miguels Service was. I always felt so welcomed before with other employees but not with him unfortunately because he got annoyed of my questions and it showed, my taro drink was also made incorrectly, this is the first time something has happened like this :/
I love this place, whenever I find myself in La Quinta I debate coming in. I like changing things up everytime, but my mom loves the matcha/blueberry drink! The taiyaki is good too, freshly made. One time I doordashed, and they had run out of red bean, which they left a note for and gave me a substitute, which I appreciate! If you find yourself in La Quinta, make sure to stop by! + They always play nice music while you wait for your drink!
We love this spot for boba tea— the service is friendly, the boba is perfectly cooked and we have loved everything we have gotten here! We do recommend it but wish there was outside seating and/or the music was more family friendly so we could bring our small children. :) I can’t give it 5 stars only because of that— the music playing has been SO explicit, both in lyric content and language used, every time we have gone in… but aside from that, it’s just great.
Friendly service and delightful drinks. Even the drinking cups are a step above. Wide selection of fresh fruit, boba, matcha drinks and more. Fun food items as well. Clean tables available to sit inside and pretty outdoor fenced in sitting nearby. The operator was very sweet and engaged us in a conversation about hiking the area. Will definitely return!
Was one of the worst matcha latte I've ever had. The attached pictures show just how grainy and was absolutely undrinkable. It had an extremely fishy taste to it too.
Bad customer service.
Girls just sitting around talking and not offering to take our order. Then forgot an item.

best matcha lattes in the valley!
When going here, be prepared for very friendly staff along with delicious drinks and food. Got a bunch of the bao buns and taiyaki flavors to try along with our drinks and they were all amazing. There’s also a combo deal with any drink choice and Korean corn dog for $11 which is an amazing deal for the tasty duo. Definitely recommend the rose milk tea, crème brûlée fresh milk tea, any of the taiyaki flavors (personal favorites are the chocolate churro, cheesecake, chocolate/nutella banana, and cheese and jalapeño), and the Korean corn dogs.

Strawberry Matcha Latte with Stawberry bites... Soooo bomb! Best I've had!
Highly recommended for someone looking for high quality drinks and atmosphere!
Over all the food and the teas are good. Glad to have a taiyaki here at the desert but it is pricey 3 for $12. The bao was good too but small and again pricey.
