I've been to several of these establishments, but I can honestly say that today's experience has topped them all. I had the pleasure of meeting Alejandro, and he was a absolute delight. Very friendly and helpful. Other places are quick to rush you in and out, and to be honest, seem frustrated if you ask questions. Not here. I hope his supervisors see this and I hope they know what a great employee they have. Thank you again Alejandro for the great interaction

I ordered 2 smoothies online (June 26th) and when I arrived they said they did not have Strawberries or the powder need for both drinks. I was told I could get a refund within 2-3 days. I didn't get it and then called again on June 30th they said they were processing my refund again within 2-3 days...its July 13th. I still don't have my refund. Now working with my credit card to dispute the charges.

Milo was very stand-offish and very unwelcoming when i came in with my daughter. I ordered a mango smoothie along with an açaí bowl for my daughter and she somehow got my order wrong? Also never greeted me at the door and said nothing when we left despite her being the only person at the counter. Don’t think I’ll be coming any time soon.

i love coming here, however lately i’ve been coming out of work at 5:30 and it’s the only jamba juice near me , i love getting açaí bowls but sadly they always tell me they stop selling açaí bowls at 6 because they already cleaned their machines. It has been 3 times , and with the same girl, other times they do it for me . It just bums me out after a long day
waited 40 minutes for an açaí bowl just for them to mess up the order. why is ONE person working here at peak lunch hours????

I’ve had my fair share of experiences at various Jamba Juice locations, but this particular visit was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I waited an agonizing 35 minutes for a simple bowl, with just one order ahead of me in line. During this time, the workers displayed a complete lack of attention to order sequence or customer service. Despite taking my order, they proceeded to accept and prepare orders for customers who arrived well after me, entirely disregarding my wait time.
To make matters worse, as I stood there, I witnessed a customer who had just received her drink express extreme dissatisfaction. She took one sip, declared it “terrible,” and immediately threw it in the trash before storming out of the store. Clearly, I was not the only one dissatisfied with the level of service and quality at this location.
Even more frustrating was the situation for the lady ahead of me. After enduring the same lengthy wait, she ended up with an incorrect order. It was disheartening to see her patiently wait all that time, only to receive something she didn’t even want.
This location needs a serious overhaul in terms of staff training, customer service, and order management. Customers should never have to wait that long for a simple order, nor should they feel like their time and money are being blatantly disregarded. I sincerely hope this serves as a wake-up call for management, as no customer deserves this kind of experience.

Been in here a few times since they opened (when I'm shopping nearby) to try to order a smoothie. Apparently there's only ever one person here at a time - who is doing stuff in the back - not helping people. Had to walk out yesterday after waiting almost 15 minutes to order.
Very nice Jamba with nice staff. Clean and fresh restaurant/bar. Their shots are great when you need a small booster.
I’m share my experience with Jamba it is not worth the money. I was the 2nd customer when they opened . The young lady at the register I hope she was just tried no smile or good mornings my first time which I stated. I asked a couple of questions with little response . Who is the owner you should really see how their business is being attended to it can make or break a business ( maybe she is not a morning person) she was not a person I would have at the front. The product was okay not much to say but I know I will not go back. Over priced and needs more flavor
Very positive experience, my first time here. Had a Chucky Strawberry Bowl with blueberries and honey, no bananas in the mix or on top. It was exactly the way I like it.
