The workers here are extremely rude at least today they were. They asked for my order then just made the sandwiches without confirming the veggies and sauces I wanted on it. When I asked them to add other veggies and sauces I got dirty looks by both people helping me and one made a rude comment when he handed me my food. Also assuming I was taking it to go and not eating it there.

This JMs is the star in town. We order from here often for the last few years and they never make a mistake. The two other locations nearby have made big mistakes the one time we’ve picked up from each of them. Thank you!

Every time I come here the staff is really welcoming and friendly. This location is always clean and the quality of my sub always tastes great too. #8 Club Sub is my go to.

My husband and I were so looking forward to sharing a foot long today! Italian, Jersey Mikes style. We asked for gluten free bread which was a huge mistake. However, the contents of the sub were pathetic. The bread also pathetic. We’ll be looking for a new sub place after today and we were long time fans. Seemed like the employees today were not really into it… I’m sure to let our friends know as well. There’s a great sub shop in Palm Desert. I’ll drive there next time even though it’s further.

Management made me wait an hour if you count arriving 15 minutes early and 48 minutes on their time for an interview booked in advance. I understand y'all are busy but since I wasn't hired, I'm still a customer and that's poor customer service. I'm excluding employees hostility amongst each other, it was brief but that's a vibe I shouldn't feel.
