Huge portions and wonderful tasty food! We both had the bolognese and it was the best we have eaten! Highly recommend!

This was our third visit to Kiki's and have enjoyed it in the past, but Valentine's Day and it was very busy! Pasta took over an hour to come out of the kitchen. Portion sizes vastly different, drinks arrived after the appetizers. A couple at the next table left. Waiter and hostess stressed out by so many customers and the kitchen and bar unable to keep upNot a pleasant dining experience.

While our server was excellent and the food was delicious, when we walked in the hostess told us that we were required to be done eating in less than 90 minutes. We made this reservation months in advance, specifically for Valentines Day. This is information that should have been disclosed in advance. Feeling rushed when you are trying to have a nice meal out with friends is not a great way to run a business, especially on what is meant to be a romantic holiday.

Our favorite table was ready for us, the food was outstanding, including our waiter Chris and the rest of the staff are helpful if needed.

Great experience, food was a 4 out of 5 but our server, Andrea was an 11. Manager came by a couple of times to check on things, which was wonderful. Great guy. Really nice ambiance and pretty darn good food accompaniedby great service. . What else could you ask for?

Owner fantastic. Service also excellent. Be prepared though few entrees are not seasoned on purpose due to regular clientele so not all dishes are as tasty as others. But apps, pizza and pasta outstanding.

Kiki's is always a winner. Delicious food, large portions (enough for lunch the next day) and thoughtful service. We come every winter at least twice.

Felt rushed the whole time. A million people stopped by the table every 2 seconds to ask us questions:/

Service was very slow, had to ask multiple times for appetizer plates, etc. Appetizers came 10 min before drinks

Love the pastas! Didn't love the Kiki salad- too much arugula. The waiter was aloof and interrupted our conversation more than once. Also do not appreciate the tip being included without fair warning! We like to tip on the service - it's our choice, not yours.

The service was spot on despite a very busy night. the only issue we had was with the pizza and all of the other dishes were very good. Not sure what happened with the pizza because the crust was warm and cooked, but the toppings were stone cold. We didn't mention this to the staff due to the fact they were swamped. We would go back, but not for the pizza.

The ambiance of KiKi's was nice with small trees positioned throughout the tables that provided some separation. The chairs were very comfortable as well. As an interior designer I would have arranged the bar differently so as to allow more tables and better access to the rest rooms. I would have centered the bar horizontally in the alcove to the left of the existing bar. The way it is now it extends into the dining room and is cumbersome, however I love the look or the booths and the trees. They might want to work on finding a way to tone down the sound with wall pads or fabrics as it is very noisy. Our waiter, Ken was phenomenal! He was very courteous and efficient! Great asset! The food was wonderful! We both chose pasta dishes and were very pleased with them. We shared a Ceasar salad which was one of the best I have ever eaten, and generous in size, as were our pasta dishes. All in all we enjoyed our experience and will dine there again!

My mom and I tried Kiki’s for the first time tonight and really enjoyed the attentive service and delicious food. She had the chicken parmesan and enjoyed the half portion (it was plenty). I had the pepperoni pizza with hot honey. They gave so much pepperoni. It was delish. I wish the pizza was a bit more well done so I could pick it up, because it could really only be eaten with a fork and knife. For dessert we had the Juniors cheesecake which was delicious. The owner also came by everyone’s table to say hello, which was very appreciated.
